The lodge in the rainforest has a very good environment. Breakfast is included. The price/performance ratio is good. The restaurant is not too delicious. It is suitable for traveling alone.

The hotel is in the jungle with all the good and bad things that come with it. On the plus side: close proximity to the Orangutan and Sun Bear Rehabilitation Centers, as well as the Rainforest Research Center. 5-15 minutes walk. Beautiful, almost untouched nature around. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed and pleasant. Rooms are good with spacious bathrooms. There is an air conditioner that works quite well. From the bad: tasteless monotonous food (there is no alternative, we are in the jungle) breakfasts are edible, but no more, poorly trained staff in the cafe, barely warm water in the shower in the morning (I did not dare to wash my hair), lack of brushes, combs, hair dryers and etc. However, all this is excusable, understandable, and I would not write about it if it were not for the "icing on the cake": just disgusting pillows. A piece of high dense foam rubber, from which the neck becomes numb in a minute. Falling asleep on this is not an easy task. It is difficult to explain this mockery of visitors by the conditions of the jungle.

Quite confusing service especially to check in and unfortunately, was required to check out early by late before 10 am. Facilities are minimal. With the current price, not recommend this lodge for those whose are local.

Lovely hotel in a great location close to the orangutan sanctuary and rainforest discover centre. Good breakfast and restaurant, dorm rooms are clean. Bathroom are clean and hot shower when it has been sunny as they are solar powered. Also provide tea and coffee form dorm if you ask at reception.

There is friendly staff and the room is clean. The breakfast is included. The orang-utan sanctuary is a fifteen minute walk.

This place is in such a good location with free shuttle buses to the nearby attractions. The foods good and at a fair price. Beds are comfortable with very clean room also a powerful shower.very strong aircon that is quite. Staff here are very friendly.

Really good stay here at the nature lodge. The lodge is based in a great location close to all the main attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean, well looked after. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Sepilok.
