I met patriarch Kirill here and he carried our luggage. Nice guy. Very close proximity to the village of churces, where you can see many orthodox churches. The rooms were beautiful and amazing, and also quite spacey!

Останавливались семьей на одну ночь. Остались очень довольны. Быстрое и вежливое заселение, прекрасный, чистый номер. В номере было все необходимое, включая халаты. Гостиница прекрасно расположена, самый цент, перед входом в Лавру. Учитываете что завтраки не в самой гостинице, а в кафе на площади

The hotel looks interesting. The interior is nice. Location is extremely perfect-few meters from Lavra and Museums. The rooms are ok, however the hairdryer wasn’t in order. There is no cleaning service-only trash was emptied, neither beds were made up, nor the floor was cleaned. The food in the restaurant was so-so. Vareniki were good however.

Раньше завтрак был шведский стол и можно было выбрать постную еду. Сейчас завтрак в другом здании где вообще не компетентные работники, которые не знаю, что у них подают и не предлагают никакой альтернативы. Даже чай нужно было искать самим. Впечатление ужасное…

Третий раз приезжаю в эту гостиницу за 4 года. Всё нравилось и расположение, сервис, завтраки. После последнего раза, быи удивлены, что на завтраки теперь надо ходить через всю площадь, а не в самой гостинице. Пр этом завтраки просто отвратительные. Оставали на 4 дня, на завтраки ходили только два дня. Каши безвкусные и густые, сухие. Ложка стоит и не падает. Овощи на блюдах с утра все заветренные, как будто пару дней уже где-то лежали, или переложили со вчерашних недоеденных блюд. Молока разбавить густоту каш нет. Кофе самое дешёвое 3 в 1. Часть кружек выставленных для чая и кофе неотмыты до конца. Видно, что мыли, но не домыли. Вообщем завтраки входящие в стоимость проживания отвратительные. Два дня ходили доподкреплялись. А следующие два дня совсем перестали туда ходить. Ходили платно в трапезную палату расположенную в гостинице. Звезду снял за завтраки.

По-прежнему уютно, чисто, вежливые, улыбчивые дамы на ресепшн. Номер на третьем этаже очень удобен , хотя кровать маловата и сильно скрипит (давно с таким не сталкивалась). В здании есть лифт, хотя интересно подняться по лестнице, посмотреть картины на православные темы. В комнате тепло, есть все необходимое. Завтрак теперь проходит на втором этаже ресторана "Маковец " . Нет кофе. Совсем. Большой минус. Очень вкусная овсяная каша с изюмом и приятные улыбчивые молодые ребята, - большой плюс.

Пишу коротко и ясно… Халатов нет Кровать скрипит при каждом движении Матрас твёрдый Подушка самая дешёвая , дубовая ! Шкаф вещевой шатается, скоро развалится … Завтрак в соседнем корпусе через улицу Двери номеров закрываются с грохотом Слышимость как в спортзале За такие деньги НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ! А ведь 4 звёзды и однослойная туалетная бумага🤦♀️ 3500 ночь …на минутку, не выспавшись …голова болит !
