Hotel is just located beside highway, terrible traffic which affected a nice sleep. For those need a good sleep better choose a hotel which located further away from highway.

Friendly and helping staff. easy to find restoran etc MCD,Burgerking & Mamak also near to laundry shop and 7E Room also clean

I'm glad that I call the hotel much earlier since I'm going to check in the midnight since I'm comi g from Penang, and the staff attended me really well since they have self check-in machine. It was a very convenient initiative by the hotel.

Acceptable environment as there is not much choice available near Seri Kembangan. Cafe next door is good and overall is near to metro station, about 5 minutes walk.

All is fine but except about their room service time. I think if guest is not in room, they don't need to get inside without permission to clean.

Booked with breakfast but surprisingly breakfast starts at 10.00 am and my training starts at 9.00 am. This info is not mentioned at trip.com while booking. Try to cancel the breakfast but the hotel refuses to do so. so I wasted around RM50 per day for breakfast. so bad. The room is also quite small and got a very unpleasant shower head (water out so sharp). The elevator is also too small. Seriously not recommend staying at this hotel. Truly frustrated. Plus, it's a vegan cafe, not an ordinary hotel cafe...

Room is ok. Suitable for budget stay. No nearby restaurants, need to drive to closest restaurants.

Had a pleasant stay for a week at this hotel, and it has got a nice vegetarian restaurant together.
