Good and affordable hotel close to food and shops

The water heater is broken. Please note that there is no hot water when checking in.
The service staff is lazy and the sound insulation is very poor.
Staff will smoke in the corridor, which is very shocking
I'll never stay in this hotel again. It's so bad.

At first it was difficult to find the hotel because the name of the hotel is different... The hotel doesn't have a lift and it has 3 floors... Other than that everything was nice... It has 2 nearest mrt station... It is located in the middle of serdang raya utara and serdang raya selatan...

Upon chk in, we were told that the hotel were fully booked. They asked us to cancel our booking, but we asked for refund which they refused. Then, they told us to go to their other hotel, but failed to give us the location. We waited for an hour for them to give us the correct address. Really miserable and horrible experience. Will not deal with them again. Even, the hotel address in the apps also lead us to a housing area nearby. Inaccurate location too and they blame their management. A very frustrated experience overall.
