Mines Beach Resort Hotel Reviews

Lobby just like Bali feel, but the room furniture is too old, the light inside the room was too dark and feel very noisy from upwards to early morning, the room soundproof also poor, I really feel disappointed about it. Luckily the bed is comfort to sleep.. Hope management can take action about the noisy environment and refurbish the room...

Overall, the staycation experience was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were both professional and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Overall, Villa King is a comfortable place to stay with beautiful views. The man-made beach uses real sand, which gives it a natural and pleasant feel, and the sunset is absolutely stunning. The staff are generally friendly, helpful, and provide good service. The only area that really needs improvement is the breakfast. The selection was extremely limited and quite disappointing, especially considering the overall quality of the resort. With a better breakfast experience, the stay would have been even more enjoyable.

Room is quiet during day time but noisy from 8pm until 1am due to Uptown Mines night park located 200 meters away from the hotel. Complimentary buggy ride to Mines shopping centre was a plus. Reception and house keeping staff were very accommodating. Lots of local eateries available within short walking distance.

The resort needs to be refurbished. The reaort is huge. Buggy helps to go to neraby mall and villa. Buggy driver was very helpful during my stay.

I ve been here a few times and the rooms are not up to the expectations. The aircond in the room was not cold either. The breakfast was so so and no much choice. No buffet breakfast. Need to choose from a prepared list. You don't get for what you pay. A great let down.

A Real Sandy Beach in Kuala Lumpur. YES there really is a sand beach in the city! It's a small man made white sand beach next to a swimming lagoon thats approximately. 2-4 foot deep. The water is a murky green the same as the Mines lake next door, however it has a water fall and water fountains circulating the water flow. There are umbrellas/lounges on the beach, but no other shade or life guard, and the sand is clean and good for the kids to  dig up and build sand castles. The Resort is well maintained with super friendly staff. Our room was a ground floor, with King bed, spacious with all the normal facilities. TV was local channels only. Breakfast was an Asian/Western buffet with manned egg and roti stations. Good value for what we paid

Overall was great experience we got the garden view a bit sad but still ok room very spacious. cleanliness was acceptable, comfortable bed & pillows. the shower tape in the bathtub was not convenient for taking bath. we don't really like to take bath in the tub so need to cross into it which may causes slippery/injury. Perhaps can consider install other shower for elderly. breakfast was fine but limited. could improve the sambal of nasi lemak it tasted like chili sauce erm. anyway we love stayed here & will comeback again inshaAllah thanks

Location and view was superb. Furniture and electrical appliances need to be upgraded.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and usually had a good experience. However, this time was a bit disappointing because the air conditioning was not cold enough. The good thing is the hotel has indoor parking, which is very convenient. Overall, I still like this hotel and hope the air conditioning issue can be improved.

Very good hotel clean comfortable bed, so nice to stay with family or business travelers, privacy and beautiful scenery.

The environment is great, perfect for a summer vacation. The only downside is that there isn't much to do in the surrounding area.

On my opinion for the room it was good. Untuk kolam awalnye sedikit risau akan kebersihannye tpi it’s ok after we swim in there. Ianya berkonsepkan pantai that y its looking like that. Apepun tak boleh lawan pantai yg sebenar. Utk org yg jauh dr pantai maybe it was a good place to go.

Love to stay here. Pak guard is very friendly.. Staff ok. Nice  view n location.. Easy to get food because nearby with the mines shopping complex. U can go there by buggy provided by the hotel.
