Decent hotel for a business trip but nothing special. Rooms ok, bit small and no window to look out, felt a bit enclosed. Nice enough and comfy bed, and aircon. Room Keys are huge, need updating to key cards. Whole place feels a bit dated if honest. Breakfast was nice continental, nothing much. No kettle in room, just a fridge with one water in that is €1,50 not complimentary. Wouldn't like to stay for more then one night. Very average.

Very nice gesture to offer a free drink at the bar. The employees were very nice. Location was good because you could easily walk to many restaurants and stores. Negative point was the noise at night. If your room faces the front you will hear people on Fridays or Saturdays.

The Arli Hotel has an unprepossessing exterior on a busy commercial street but is very conveniently located - a short walk from the train station, or to the funicular to the old city, Citta Vecchia, and the downtown shopping and strolling streets. Inside, it is clean, efficient, and well laid-out with a helpful and friendly front desk staff. Our room was likewise very clean, with very comfortable bed, good lighting, useful shelf space and furnishings, simple modern decor, and a decent-sized and fine bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We were entirely happy with our stay here.

He estado tan solo una noche por trabajo, pero sin duda, si vuelvo a Bérgamo volveré a hospedarme aquí. La habitación era increíble, cama cómoda, un baño limpio y con una ducha perfecta para relajarte después de viajar y trabajar por la ciudad. Tiene Smart tv y puedes ver netflix, Prime o cualquier plataforma con tus claves. Y además, te dejan bolsitas con necesidades básicas, agua de cortesía que se agradece muchísimo y dos almohadas. La ubicación además, es perfecta. En pleno centro de Bérgamo bassa y a 100 metros de la parada de autobús que te lleva a Città alta o al aeropuerto. Sin duda, me sentí como en casa. Y en recepción son muy agradables, con un servicio de diez. Agradezco enormemente y todas las facilidades que me dieron. Sin duda, un hotel increíble. Gracias, espero volver pronto.

Excellent location. Very warm treatment, they welcome you with 2 Baci chocolates and a welcome cocktail. It doesn't have a minibar, but they kindly gave us a kettle for the night, a shoehorn and everything we needed. Excellent breakfast with fresh cut fruits, cold cuts, salmon and two very friendly employees who made your day.

We had a short stay in this charming hotel. Very clean, the star very helpful. We had a welcome cocktail, very appreciated THANK YOU. There is a grocery store right next door, and a tobacco shop about 150 minutes away, as in Italy (since in Italy cigarettes are only on sale in specialized stores. Bus stop 1A which takes you to the airport is 50 meters away....I recommend this hotel.
