Nice, comfortable, and quiet property on the Serifos harbour. It is no frills, but everything you need is at you doorstep here (restraunts, shop, beach). The owner is very friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning helped keep out all the sand I was tracking from the beach too :) My only minor quibble is the fridge could be a bit noisy at night, if you're a light sleeper like me. I would definitely stay here again.

I will definitely recommend this place! The owner, Dimitris was so friendly and helpful - he even came and picked us up from the port. He also arranged the taxi for the wine tour - which was really good as there are only four taxis on the island so it is not a guarantee to get one. The room was very clean. Great location in the middle of literally everything in Livadaki, right next to the beach bus station and a stone throw away from the Chora station. You can’t go wrong with this one. But choose the sea view appar**ent! We took the mountain view, it was nice, but I am sure the sea view would have been worth the extra money.
