The best visit! Hotel is spotless. The staff are incredible. Views are TO DIE FOR!!! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone. The buffet was delicious. Great live music every evening. The hotel rooms are huge and so clean. The bath is just another experience too!!

Nos encanta este hotel para desconectar y cada vez que lo visitamos es mejor, todo el equipo hacen que la estancia sea inolvidable. A destacar su espectacular zona star prestige donde cada rincón es mágico. Recomedable probar su restarurante tenpanyaki!!

Fantastic hotel. Wonderful views from our balcony and out by the poolside. Lovely food, wide and completely different choice every day. The staff are what really makes this a special place though - just amazing. A special shout out to Montse for the incredible service :-) We’ll be back!

Nice location, nice view and terrace at the room. However, the hotel has NO parking, you have to park in the street at walk back. The hotel website does not say that there is zero parking. We took great care to park properly in the very crowded street. After coming back we are now receiving several parking tickets via the car rental for illegal parking. So far we have had to pay 225 euros in fines for parking near the hotel in unmarked streets. The hotel has no reception, you have to wait for a ‘hotel host’ to check in, to ask questions, to book anything… it takes a good deal of your time waiting for someone to be free at their desk. We waited nearly an hour in a sofa just to check in. The breakfast buffet is very nice and well appointed, but there can be waiting time to be seated. We tried the Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant one evening, that was very nice and entertaining, good food and service.

Montse ,de servicio de cenas .Muy amable y servicial.Juanlu,Santi, Ana,Excelentes camareros .En general todo el servicio de hotel.Chef de cocina , ayudantes.etc Para mi 5 estrellas. Volveremos sin duda.Cada día un detalle diferente.El maitre José .La chica de direccion en prácticas Ana .En conclusión toda una experiencia inolvidable.

Personnel super et très sympathique que ce soit au bar ou au restaurant. Toujours prêt à vous conseiller et à vous satisfaire. Buffets variés. Là aussi, le personnel est souriant et à votre écoute. Vue sur la mer . Chambres confortables. A améliorer douches dans les chambres junior.

We enjoyed every moment of our 12-day stay. The panoramic view on the bay is surprisingly beautiful and visible from the reception, from every room, the restaurant and the pool area. Our junior suite had an extra large terrace and was very well equipped. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and gives you a calm atmosphere, because it is split into smaller compartments. And, you can have all meals outside on a nice terrace. On top, the food is varied and of excellent quality. The deserts were not really our cup of tea. Else, the staff is very kind and helpful here and everywhere around the hotel. To our surprise, the main pool outside was heated and there was plenty of loungers and space around. We'll certainly return next year.

Tolles Hotel mit wunderbaren Angestellten sowie fantastischem Essen. Die Zimmer sind zwar teilweise schon in die Jahre gekommen, etwas gar hellhörig und mitunter mit etwas fragwürdiger Einteilung (TV-Gerät in der Ecke und nicht schwenkbar; Türstopper direkt vor dem Lavabo; kein Platz auf der Toilette, Dusche ohne Handbrause), aber die teilweise grosszügigen Terrassen und der herrliche Blick auf das Meer entschädigen dafür. Ein permanentes Highlight sind die Angestellten, die praktisch durchwegs äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben wird uns unter anderem Juanlo, der stets gutgelaunte und aufmerksame Dauerläufer der Bar Café del Sol. Auch der aufgestellte Spassmacher und Hobbysänger Fernando sowie die wunderbare, humorvolle, herzliche Montse im Restaurant La Calma haben unser Herz erobert. Nicht zu vergessen Abdul und Rachid die mit ihren Mitarbeitern jeden Abend ein exquisites Themen-Buffett hingezaubert haben und uns geduldig und zuvorkommend die Köstlichleiten näher gebracht haben. Ein grosses Dankeschön verdient auch Lucia, die Receptionistin, die uns in ihrer ersten Arbeitswoche so sehr geholfen hat. Da kann man dem Hotel nur zu einem Toptransfer gratulieren. Kurz: Essen, Service und Sauberkeit verdienen definitiv 5 Sterne. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt aufs Wiedersehen mit herzlichen Menschen, die diesen Ort zu einem ganz besonderen machen. Thomas und Elvira
