En el corazón de un paraíso natural, mi experiencia en este hotel de lujo fue la definición de relax. La cena en el restaurante del hotel fue un viaje gastronómico inolvidable, con sabores que danzaban en armonía con cada vino seleccionado. Esa noche, la risa llenó el aire cuando un cliente con un don para el humor transformó la sala en un escenario de comedia, regalándonos momentos de pura felicidad. La suite, un santuario de espacio y elegancia, con una cama que abrazaba cada sueño. Y el personal, cuya calidez y profesionalismo hicieron que cada interacción fuera un placer. Un hotel muy acogedor en un lugar paradisiaco de la Serra de la Tramuntana. La habitación Junior suite muy amplia y muy bien decorada. Un detalle a mejorar sería la cama: muy ruidosa, ejem. Y el colchón muy blando. El personal muy atento, amable y simpático. Y los restaurantes muy vistosos. La comida genial.

Ein absolutes Paradies wer Ruhe sucht. Wir wollten etwas aus dem Alltagsstress fliehen und haben den perfekten Ort dafür gefunden. Wir sind absolut zur Ruhe gekommen. Das Personal ist unwahrscheinlich freundlich, vor allem Pere beim Frühstück. Man fühlt sich absolut willkommen. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut! Der Spa Bereich lädt zum entspannen ein. Natalja unsere Yoga Lehrerin sowie Masseuren ist auch einfach bezaubernd. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mehrmals im Jahr her!

Una experiencia magnífica en un entorno privilegiado, con una atención personalizada y exquisita, y con una gastronomía fantástica. Desde que llegamos hasta que salimos, recibimos todo tipo de atenciones y disfrutamos de unas instalaciones confortables y muy bien equipadas. A beautiful hotel and perfect if you need to get away from it all and totally switch off. Beauty can be found at every turn. The warmest of welcomes at our late arrival after 10pm although I wouldn't recommend driving there so late in the darkness as the road is quite tricky, but a great night sleep in the comfiest of beds, crisp white linen and amazing pillows was just what was needed. A calming meditation from Claudia and her magnetic energy on the spa terrace followed the next morning making for a perfect start to any day surrounded by the spectacular scenery. And a late lazy lunch with Lluigi one of 3 resident peacocks rounded off an exquisite start to our trip here in Majorca. The staff are warm and engaging from reception to the general manager. We will be back.

Una maravilla de hotel escondido en plena naturaleza, un remanso de paz y tranquilidad. La atención del personal inmejorable, la sesión de yoga por la mañana lo mejor para empezar bien el dia antes del fantástico desayuno, nos encanto la entrada libre a la Reserva, un paseo espectacular en un recinto único. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel
