Valor da estadia não condiz com o serviço ofertado
Café decepcionante, sem variedade. O hotel estava lotado e local para o café não comportava a totalidade dos hóspedes. Haviam 3 meses em outro ambiente vazias, solicitado a utilização daquelas mesas foi negado e orientado que esperassemos em pé uma mesa vagar. Além disso, não havia nenhuma variedade de alimentos. Pouquíssimas opções de frutas. Garagem com cheiro ruim, quase não havia espaço para comportar todos os carros dos hóspedes.
Atendimento bom na medida e quarto bom, sem grandes destaques. O serviço não condiz com o valor exigido. Já me hospedei em outros hoteis na mesma região com as mesmas comodidades, com bom café da manhã e garagem organizada pela metade do preço exigido por esse estabelecimento.

Gostei demais fui bem atendido logo na chegada, quarto excelente e amplo, um banheiro grande e com uma água quente maravilhosa, um café da manhã espetacular, e embaixo tem uma churrascaria que é show de bola.

aniversario de casamento
eu e meu esposo escolhemos esse hotel para passar nossa noite de aniversário de 6 anos de casados e mesmo avisando fomos tratados como simplesmente mais um hospede e para nossa surpresa o banheiro só tinha uma toalha de banho, tendo eu que me enxugar com a toalha de rosto, além do quarto muito pequeno para um quarto com o valor de 380,00 a diária.
