Terrible place, no food served apart from croissants and bread. up the side of a very steep hill. staff are rude, and the rooms are filthy.T hey charge you a fee for serving you a drink, you get billed when you check out of hotel. full of cockroaches and insects. poolled never cleaned. and they treat disabled guests like muck. be warned stay clear of this place.

Viaggio in famiglia. Dopo una notte siamo scappati. La posizione dell' hotel è l unico aspetto positivo (per quanto riguarda la vista mare). Peccato che il servizio navetta gestito con una golf car sia fornito solo all'arrivo . Per gli altri orari abbiamo dovuto pregare per farci recuperare in localita' Sant'Angelo subito dopo aver cenato visto che il servizio è sospeso dopo le ore 23.00. Neanche fosse un collegio...Inoltre le camere avevano un odore terribile. Gli arredi erano scadenti e molto datati. Nella nostra camera "superior" mancava un box doccia e il piatto doccia..c' era solo una tenda di plastica...
Il personale della reception ci ha trattato con sufficienza e scortesia, soprattuttolz sig.na Carmen...L hotel è datato e sarebbe completamente da ristrutturare.

Mi dispiace molto leggere tutte queste recensioni negative. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per 3 notti a fine agosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è accogliente, con una piscina e un’ampia terrazza panoramica nella quale viene servita la colazione qualora il meteo lo permetta. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. L’hotel si trova all’interno della zona a traffico limitato, per cui per accedervi bisogna fare una passeggiata a piedi un po’ in salita ma davvero molto panoramica o, se non si vuole camminare, si può usufruire della navetta messa a disposizione dall’albergo, che fa spola tra l’albergo e il centro città.

PESSIMO HOTEL! Stanze oscene e sporche al posto del letto una rete con materasso ! Tenda sporca di sangue un INCUBO!! Nel bagno ho trovato anche un verme !!! Servizio navetta pessimo l’albergo si trova lontanissimo dal centro e per risalire con un bambino è impossibile!!! La navetta ultima corsa alle 11 la sera in alta stagione ! ! DA EVITARE !!!

Ci hanno fatto aspettare fino alle 15:00 per avere la camera , entriamo nella camera un vero e proprio orrore. Sporco da per tutti , tende macchiate nel bagno non ci potevi neanche entrate , vado a fare chiarimenti con il personale mi vengo a dire che già erano accorente di tutto ciò .

Soggiorno rovinato già dalla prima notte da rumori forti e vibrazioni intense dal soffitto dovute all'impianto di condizionamento dello stabile, che ci hanno impedito di dormire. La mattina ci è stato proposto un cambio camera, inutile in quanto le camere della nostra stessa categoria erano tutte sullo stesso piano, e rumori e vibrazioni forti erano distintamente percepibili già in corridoio. Hotel in una posizione scomoda, forse come tutti a Sant'Angelo.
