Best Hotels in Serravalle Scrivia, Italy

Stopped for one night, in the evening and in the morning were at the autlet. 7 to 10 European breakfast with luxurious giant cruisers and delicious doughnuts. Things were folded in the luggage room in the morning and shopping. In advance called a taxi and all had time. Unfortunately, it was late to assess the availability of the pool. Excellent authorship champagne and soap. This is the best offer in the area. From the restaurant in the evening 5 minutes

We (a family of four) stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling from Nice to Geneva. I was looking for a hotel near the Serravalle Outlet and this hotel was just few minutes away, Overall, I was pleasantly surprised! It is a small hotel in a small town, but I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally accommodating and eager to be good hosts. The lady at the reception desk stayed more than an hour past the stated check-in hour to be there when we arrived; the lady at the breakfast went through each of the items (locally made) and was happy to make custom omelettes. I would say they were the best hotel staff among all the hotels on this 2-week long trip!

We stayed at Capriccio Art hotel for two nights as part of our shopping trip to Milan outlets without much thought as it was very near to the outlets . BUT what a pleasant stay it was . The hotel is very aesthetically done up with pieces of art from different artists .. Teh room was big ( a big luxury in Europe ) and the washroom modern and big too . The hygiene levels were top standards . The staff was exceptionally polite and trained very well . The Highlight of the trip and the hotel was the food .. it was such flavourful authentic Italian food that we ended up having dinner at the hotel on all days of our stay . The coffee they served was awesome too .. three cheers for the chef at Capriccio Art . The best was they were able to make vegan dishes for me as I am lactose intolerant..will definitely plan a stay again and highly recommend to anyone going to serravalle ..

In the past doesn't mean vetutes... But let's say that it's not serious ... Lounge spaces in the park without a coat where it's impossible to sit ... But let's say that it's not serious ... At 18h15 in summer, You are told that the pool is closed while on the photos you see a snack served at sunset ... But let's say that it's not serious ... Even not a bottle of water in the room ... 45 minutes to have a coffee in the morning breakfast ... But ... That Does much ... The staff is afraid! So say 4 stars ... This is a shame ! If there was at least a smile ... If at least they realized ... They could just say they're sorry but nothing ... The reception, the person at the pool, the breakfast service ... I think I never seen this! Hotel service should be greatly praised! We booked this very close hotel in order to visit the discount village. Every day we will come back very late, the boss will wait to give us a door and help us to park. Once I stopped the car key, I couldn't find it. The boss told me to start the car and try it. It can be started in the vicinity of the car. I can't start to go elsewhere. After that, I found it under the seat. The boss said that he is also looking for the key, this is a good way! The hotel’s breakfast includes hot coffee with hot milk and eggs, egg rolls, and everything else is a cold meal. We are still not used to it in winter. The restaurant is a small lounge in the evening, offering free champagne and so on. Unfortunately, every time we come back, we are too tired to just wash and sleep! Very nice and warm hotel, go back later!
