Excelente hotel com um serviço superior para um 4 estrelas. O quarto de boas dimensões, bom duche, cama muito confortável e com bom serviço de housekeeping. Pequeno-almoço variado e bom num acolhedor e solarengo pátio interior. Todo o pessoal com atitude de serviço e uma receção toda interessada em nos dar informações de atividades e visitas. Marcamos através da receção um percurso com guia na zona de Pedrógão Pequeno que recomendamos. Aproveitamos estar na zona para visitarmo o recém-inaugurado Mirador do Zebro projetado pelo Arq Siza Vieira e já que estávamos em Oleiros não podíamos perder comer o cabrito estonado (especialidade da zona) na Adega dos Apalaches. No dia seguinte como era Domingo o Restaurante Ponte Velha contíguo ao hotel servia também cabrito estonado e repetimos... Bastante recomendável para uma refeição leve de petiscos a Mercearia do Largo. Concluindo o fim-de-semana na Sertã e arredores foi uma agradável surpresa

Un magnifique hôtel très bien situé avec une très belle décoration. Personnel super accueillant et de très bon conseil.Super buffet de petit-déjeuner. Piscine très agréable et hôtel très propre. A proximité d’un parc. Certain membre du personnel parle français.

Após a estadia pudemos perceber a razão deste alojamento ter tão boa avaliação. Chegámos com um animal de estimação, um Golden Retriever, e todo a recepção foi feita com profissionalismo mas sempre com simpatia e simplicidade. As condições do alojamento são irrepreensíveis e o ambiente é tranquilo e acolhedor. A localização é perfeita para quem quer descansar ou conhecer a Sertã e/ou a região. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e com produtos de grande qualidade. Excelente!

The hotel was centrally situated to start with. Close to amenities and cultural sites. Very clean and spacious rooms . The ambient temperature in the room was also perfect as it was relatively cold outdoors. Most of all, the staff were engaging and attentive . Followed by very good breakfast. I couldn’t fault them. Highly recommended!

O espaço é interessante, a localização é muito boa, muito perto de bons restaurantes,o staff é muito simpático e profissional, do melhor que já encontrei, estacionamento gratuito, bom pequeno almoço, muito boa relação preço qualidade , recomendo

Foi uma experiência fenomenal, Fomos com a experiência degustação e NADA correu mal. Desde a receção, ao quarto, ao restaurante, ao miminhos regionais quer no quarto, quer no pequeno almoço. Incrível. Ficámos a querer mais e vamos, certamente, voltar.

Experiência muito agradável no interior de Portugal. O hotel está instalada em prédio histórico totalmente reformado e adaptado para as conforto dos hóspedes. Café da manhã sem excessos, mas com produtos de muita qualidade. Staff muito atencioso e preparado para atender famílias numerosas, inclusive crianças e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
