Estuvimos en un viaje del IMSERSO. Es un hotel moderno y funcional. Muy limpio y muy bien cuidado. A destacar la profesionalidad, amabilidad y buen hacer de todo el personal: Recepción, comedor, cocina, limpieza. La cualidad de la cocina, buena. Aunque está situado en la zona de El Arenal, tiene buena comunicación con autobús urbano al centro de Palma de Mallorca. Volveríamos con gusto y, por supuesto, recomendamos el hotel.

Me parece que todo ha ido muy bien l resepcion esrupenda los camareros muy amables y muy guapis el animador encantador un buen trabajo las habitaciones muy bien las areas comunes la cocina muy buena menos esra mañana que el desayuno muy y poco solo hoy.

Las almohadas muy bajas deben de comprar nuevas y reponerse, la recepción bien la comida regular justita se debe mejorar bares y restaurantes ninguna queja todo bien las habitaciones no se limpio como se debía, áreas comunes limpias agradable y cómodas el animador un 8 por qué es capaz de dinamisar el grupo y atraer la atención del cliente.

La verdad que en general todo muy bien .El hotel está limpio , las habitaciones son limpias y amplias , la comida veníamos con pocas expectativas , pero una vez aquí superó todas nuestras expectativas y nos quitó el miedo ya que era mejor de lo que habíamos leído .Muchas gracias a Sergio un tintan y un fuera de serie el MEJOR

Esta reseña la pongo en nombre de mis padres que fueron a Mallorca con el Imserso y se alojaron en el Indico Rock Hotel. Volvieron encantados con el hotel, buenas instalaciones, buena comida, pero si destacaban algo era el trato de Rosa y Sandra, que fue e excepcional y les están muy agradecidos.

Hemos viajado con el Imserso.Ha sido una experiencia muy grata. Muy buen hotel y buen servicio. El buffet con mucha calidad. Los trabajadores también muy cariñosos y muy atentos.Tambien se encuentra muy cerca del paseo marítimo .Nos gustaría volver a repetir.
