The room was not made up when I arrived. Plaster was missing round the outside of the doorframe, the lock for the balcony door was broken and the showerhead was snapped off (see pictures).
It was reported to reception and I was informed that a director would have to review it and contact me. After 72 hours I had not received any communication, and therefore sent an email to the company. I still have had no reply or even any acknowledgement of the issue

The queue when checking in did not advance and the online Check in that they have in the company did not work. The room was for two and they put four beds all tight with no room for anything else. The facilities in general are good, a balcony overlooking the pools and very friendly staff in the cafeteria.
