El hotel en si está bastante bien, la habitación estaba limpia que es lo que más me preocupaba, el mobiliario no es ultra moderno pero está decente. El personal fue amable y servicial en todo momento.
Lo único que no me gustó fue la ubicación porque tiene calles colindantes con un ambiente un poco raro por las noches, por lo demás todo genial.
PD. Yo cambiaría esa bañera vieja que tienen en el baño y las almohadas también son bastante malas.

Hemos estado mi marido y yo una semana con el IMSERSO de maravilla la comida excelente ,el personal de comedor super amable todo de 10 y a un paso de la playa la limpieza muy bien ,hay dos lineas de autobús detrás del hotel que te llevan a palma y pasan con bastante frecuencia

Расположение отеля достаточно приемлемая для предлагаемой цены. До пляжа 7 минут пешком, на территории есть бассейн и бар. Было очень странно, что ночью не работал кондиционер, приходилось спать с открытым балконом, но на улице постоянно было шумно от проходящих мимо нетрезвых туристов и автомобилей. Также протекал потолок в месте, где установлен встроенный кондиционер. При заезде предложили поменять номер на номер с балконом за небольшую доплату, не пожалели, что поменяли, потому что изначально предложенный номер выходил на стену соседнего здания.

Die Zimmer waren teilweise nicht richtig sauber. Unter unserem Bett lag bei der Ankunft eine leere Mc Donalds Packung und tote Fliegen auf dem Boden.

Contrary to the reviews, we found this hotel to be really good and had a lovely stay there. The place was very clean everywhere, the staff very friendly, the rooms clean, smart and well furnished with modern furniture and even had plenty of coat hangers. The air conditioning worked well too. The bathroom was a partial wet room and plenty of hot water. To our surprise we had maid service changing towels every day. The restaurant was buffet style for breakfast and evening meal. The food was plentiful, varied, fresh and lots of choice for all meals. The variety of both breakfast and evening meals changed daily. The hotel was a few minutes from the seafront being a couple of cross streets away. It was quiet as was the surrounding area. The pool area was fine and gave a pleasant area to have evening drinks prior to eating. All in all, a very impressive hotel for a three star rated one and yes, we would definitely stay there again. Our only comment is that it would be nice if guests dressed up for at least dinner but you cannot win them all.
