Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Good sized rooms and bathroom with a great shower. Very comfortable bed but pillows were lumpy, I’m sure they would have changed them had we have asked. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Kids party here and then come back to their rooms at 5am. Walls are super thin so you can hear them puking. We stayed one night paid for 4 days they wouldn’t refund me for the nights we didn’t stay. Super disappointed.
If you want to party all day all night stay here if you want to see beautiful areas of the city do not stay here.

Trato inmejorable, muy limpio y con mucho orden, el desayuno es completo, no hay aparcamiento. Las almohadas dejan mucho que desear pero las instalaciones son de diez. Ofrece todos los servicios necesarios cuando estas lejos de casa. El personal muy atento y empatico.

Hôtel très sympa Les chambres sont assez grandes et possèdent un balcon La piscine est bien Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel très gentil Or pensez à acheter des bouteilles d’eau préalablement car on ne peut pas remplir sa bouteille l’or du petit déjeuner ce que je ne comprend toujours pas à l’heure actuel. On parle d’eau pas de jus mais d’eau.

Lovely clean hotel, very modern. Breakfast was fine, main area clean. Swimming pool lovely area, average size..however a group of 8 drunk German boys jumping in and drinking alcohol in the pool at 2pm spoiled it. The location was great, seconds from the main ***** and beach. Room clean, AC was amazing! Tv only had 1 English channel, however the hotel was all German/Dutch. We were the only British people in the hotel so the hotel catered toward them. Arenal its self is 18-30yr old party town, changed a lot since my last visit! All shops are German/Dutch as are pubs and restaurants. A lot of drunk German/Dutch teens lying in the street, however did not hear a thing at the hotel. Hotel was fine for a few nights stay but wouldnt return due to how arenal has changed into a German Magaluf.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, food was brilliant and fresh every day. Hotel looks very nice and clean.They offering option to borrow beach towels as well what was very helpful for us.Location is perfect,it takes only 10min drive to the airport and 2 min walk to the beach. We definitely coming back to Planet One hotel.

Nous avons été accueilli par Andra.. Nous ne parlions que français et très peu d'anglais. Elle a fait des efforts pour tout nous expliquer! et ça a fonctionné entre deux fous rires! Nous ne sommes restés que deux soirs mais, nous avons adoré notre séjour et cette réceptionniste exceptionnelle. A tel point, que nous lui avons offert des cadeaux avant de partir! Merci pour ton accueille, chère Andra! je reviendrai avec mes enfants et mon conjoint l'année prochaine et j'espère bien te recroiser!!! A bientôt! Sandrine et Charlette, île de la réunion

The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The bike storage room was spacious and convenient. The breakfast was bountiful with too many choices! Great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating.
