The staff at the Gate was friendly. But unfortunately its location is far from Florence, it’s actually in Plato. You have to travel for 40 mins to get there. The hotel doesn’t help with hiring an Uber/ taxi for u when stranded to get there. This was scary as we got a lift from a stranger to the hotel. Food was good.

Ideale per passare un fine settimana a Firenze, non è in centro ma molto pratico per arrivarci con i mezzi. Noi abbiamo lasciato la macchina all aeroporto e siamo entrati in centro in tranvia. Perfetto
