Ho regalato al mio compagno un week-end di relax ma devo dire che non è stato proprio così per quanto riguarda la scelta dell’hotel. La struttura si presenta molto bene e anche la camera era molto spaziosa purtroppo il personale della reception non è all’altezza di questa struttura. La notte del 13 aprile ho segnalato alla reception (ragazza) il non funzionamento della televisione e dopo avermi dato invane indicazioni per ripristinarne il funzionamento mi ha comunicato che avrebbe mandato il collega più tardi (collega mai arrivato). Il frigo bar non raffreddava bene le bevande e anche questo è stato segnalato. Purtroppo la cosa più grave è stata essere svegliati alle 3.45 da persone fuori dalla nostra finestra che hanno usato toni alti per almeno un’ora. Al mattino ho segnalato il tutto sempre in reception (stessa ragazza che mi aveva risposto la sera prima al telefono) dove si è limitata a dirmi che purtroppo era a conoscenza delle persone rumorose e che pensava che il collega fosse passato (cosa mai avvenuta). Ho chiesto se questi disservizi prevedevano un piccolo sconto e mi ha risposto in maniera negativa poi dopo averle comunicato della mia futura recensione si é limitata a dirmi che al massimo poteva offrirmi un caffè o un aperitivo (dopo aver fatto colazione alle 8.45). Ovviamente siamo stati scontenti dell’esperienza, non lo consiglio.

Ottimo hotel, posizionato in campagna ma vicinissimo a Firenze e adatto per chi vuole frequentare il centro termale. Struttura elegante con ampi spazi esterni. Camera semplice ma curata, abbastanza pulita, forse da rinnovare in qualche arredamento ma comunque confortevole. Letto king size. Colazione abbondante e gustosa. Personale gentile. Parcheggio gratuito.

Mia figlia ha festeggiato il suo diciottesimo..organizzazione impeccabile grazie ad Elisabetta che è stata il nostro riferimento. La sala Leonardo molto elegante con i tavoli tondi, l’ apparecchiatura top e i bellissimi candelabri..il cibo buono e abbondante. La location meravigliosa e curatissima! Ottimo in tutto!

Ci siamo sposati in questa location l'11 marzo ed è stato come vivere un sogno. Organizzazione perfetta in un ambiente stupendo con Elisabetta che ha curato ogni dettaglio. Ottimo il pranzo e la camera dove abbiamo trascorso la notte molto ampia e pulita. Lo consiglio per le cerimonie

Ho fatto la festa di laurea nella sala al piano superiore ed è stato tutto fantastico! Cibo buonissimo, personale sempre disponibile e location meravigliosa. Impianto musica funzionante e dotato anche di microfono. L’ideale per una serata indimenticabile!

Abbiamo festeggiato qui il nostro compleanno ed è stato tutto perfetto! Elisabetta ha curato tutta l'organizzazione ed il risultato finale è stato ben oltre le nostre aspettative, la sala, l'allestimento dei tavoli, l'organizzazione del buffet....tutto impeccabile,che dire di più??? Abbiamo celebrato il nostro matrimonio sabato 10 febbraio 2024. Possiamo solo dire che è stato perfetto. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli sia per quanto riguarda la cerimonia che il ricevimento, niente è stato lasciato al caso: sale bellissime e organizzazione impeccabile, grazie anche alla professionalità e competenza della signora Elisabetta che ci ha seguiti passo passo insieme a tutto lo staff. Il cibo era ottimo e abbondante . Abbiamo poi pernottato presso la struttura insieme a diversi altri ospiti: camere belle, ampie e pulite. Riassumo la nostra esperienza in poche parole: cortesia, professionalità e onestà nei prezzi. Esperienza fantastica. Grazie ancora a Hotel 500 Firenze.
