The hotel environment is quite good, the rooms are old and interesting, and the sanitation and facilities are also good. The service is enthusiastic and proactive. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The disadvantage is that the location is relatively remote. But overall the price/performance ratio is very high.

This hotel is great, but it is far from the center, they should provide bar and restaurant services, they were closed the few days we stayed. There is a shortage of staff, and there are too few staff to provide services for the entire hotel.

Wonderful building in a rather shabby neigbourhood. Avoid rooms in the attic, the strangest room layout there that I've ever seen. Staff was kind and helpful, the park and the terrace is super nice. Shame that the restaurant is closed for lunch and also the breakfast was poor with very limited choices.

Ci siamo sposati sabato, abbiamo fatto il ricevimento al Villa Torretta e ne siamo stati entusiasti! La struttura è bellissima e vale un’occasione speciale, sia gli spazi interni che quelli esterni, il cibo è stato all’altezza ed ha riscosso un gran successo tra i nostri invitati ma una menzione speciale va a tutto lo staff, il servizio è stato semplicemente perfetto, presente, sollecito e professionale. Insomma, chiudo con un grande, grandissimo Grazie!

Highly recommended. We stayed here for 3 nights to attend a festival. We stayed in a junior suite with king size four poster bed. The hotel is very clean. All the staff are friendly and attentive. The manager was amazing, giving us advice on attending the festival. The bar man was always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast but you are served coffee on request and the food was very good. The evening menu is amazing! Such high quality. We sat out in the terrace which is large with individual seating areas with large umbrellas or pergolas. We travelled in on the metro which is a short walk from the hotel but opted for the hotel car to take us back to the airport , which I recommend. I would highly recommend this hotel and its staff to anyone stopping in Milan.

They put us in the attic where my husband had to duck under beams. Shower was on the side wall so was only about 5’. We were there for 3 days and never saw any service people on our floor so had to find clean towels on our own. Restaurant was closed 2 of the 3 nights and room service was never available. All in all customer service was one of the worst we have ever experienced.
