The location is bad and the entrance to the hotel is difficult to find. However, I can't complain because I stayed in a clean, spacious room for the same price as a dormitory, and breakfast was included.

By the standards of a big hotel, the facilities are old and lack maintenance.
I checked in at night and parked in the basement-4th floor. The entrance lighting is scary. It's fine during the day.
The hotel is located in a commercial center. Because the commercial center is not operating, it is not very popular.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms with bathtub, in my opinion a shower would be advisable.
Free parking even indoors.
I would improve the access directions when you enter via Caltagirone.
