A little outside Milan city center but close to metro, red line, direct train to duomo and Milan cardona train station.
Amazing staff and service and good breakfast!

They gave us one of the worst rooms in the hotel.
In the basement with a leaky window you could hear the talking of people passing by in the street, and everything vibrated when the subway passed.
I will definitely not book again.

The staff were very pleasant and kind. However, the cleaner threw away the train ticket without permission and wasted money. I'm a little disappointed. The hotel guests were probably not used to seeing Asian people, so they stared at me a lot while I was eating breakfast. But nothing bad happened. I feel good about the people working there.
