Good hotel very close to subway station. By subway in 20 minutes you are in the city center of Milan. Breakfast selection was decent, but we expected something better.

The hotel is clean and the air-condition is wonderful. The bed is firm enough and supportive. The pillow is OK. All the facilities included hair dryer, iron and safty box. Plenty of power plugs including USB, USB-C. The breakfast is good. The only thing I don't like is the shower cabinet is too small and the I don't like the raining top shower. Overall impression is good for this hotel.

The customer service was terrible and the room cleaning was bad The room is dirty and not ready to be served.

My husband and I were at the hotel a few days ago I liked everything: the room was clean, warm, quiet, the bathroom had everything (the bathtub itself, a hair dryer, the necessary jars), everything except slippers) Close to the metro (5 minutes to the station) I especially liked the hospitality - the girls at the reception were friendly (especially Sabrina, if I'm not mistaken), they spoke Russian, gave us directions to transport We had breakfast at the hotel, it was not budget (20 euros per person), but beyond praise) Breakfast in buffet format - delicious and many different food options (gluten-free, nuts, dried fruits, omelette, coffee, juices, decent slices of cheese and sausages

The bed is small, so students with larger bodies should consider it carefully. It is an average hotel for business trips. The service is average.

The facilities in the room are not as good as those in mainland China, but the service attitude is OK. The clothes hanger faded and ruined one of my clothes.

I was very satisfied with my stay, so I stayed there again. The room was quite big and clean, the facilities were relatively new, and the service was very friendly. It was good in every aspect and I recommend it to everyone.

It's very cost-effective to live in such a big room in Milan. Although it's a little far from the city center, it's only 300 meters away from M1, which is only four or five minutes' walk away. The room is very good, clean and comfortable. The wash basin in my room drains a little slowly, which is a small bug.
