Manca la supervisione di governante nelle camere e il personale sembra poco motivato. La cultura dell’accoglienza è scarsa ma la posizione dell’albergo rimane fantastica. Peccato, potrebbe essere un angolo di paradiso. Non so se ci torneremo

Appena rientrati da un week end al Miramare di sestri levante…che dire? Esperienza veramente bellissima. Hotel molto curato camere spaziose e pulitissime come tutte le aree comuni personale cordiale. Ma la cosa più bella è la location sulla baia del silenzio!!la terrazza e il lounge bar sono direttamente in spiaggia: strepitoso!!!colazione molto varia al ristorante vista mare!! L hotel ha anche un centro benessere e il servizio spiaggia insomma tutto perfetto!!!un ringraziamento particolare ad Angelo del ristorante e a Cristina della spa:gentilissimi!!Torneremo presto!!!

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta da questo hotel dove ho trascorso il periodo pasquale. Collocato nella splendida Baia del Silenzio, l'hotel è silenzioso, frequentato da una clientela altrettanto rispettosa del riposo e del desiderio di quiete altrui. Camere grandi, armadi spaziosi, grande specchio camera, letto comodissimo, divani, tavolini d' appoggio; bagno molto grande, bello, in marmo con doccia e idromassaggio. Ha un bar elegante, una gradevolissima e ben arredata sala lettura con vista sul mare, salotti spaziosi che nelle giornate di brutto tempo sono comodissimi, sala TV. Il personale è molto gentile e premuroso. In questo periodo il ristorante è aperto solo a pranzo ma offre buoni piatti. Un hotel davvero pet friendly, non solo sulla carta dei seerviz. Hotel eco friendly; molti dettagli fanno rendono chiara la tendenza dell'albergo al rispetto della natura (uso dei prodotti da bagno, salviette ecologiche ecc. Esperienza da ripetere. Consigliato

Lage top - Service sehr durchzogen Seit bald 50 Jahren gehen wir immer wieder an die einzigartige Baia! Leider haben sich viele andere Gäste den Standort auch gemerkt, die beiden Hotels an der Bucht sind unterdessen überteuert und im „Miramare“ ärgert der meist schlampige Service (zB. für das Frühstück) und der achtlose Umgang mit den Gästen! Der „Manager“ zB. sitzt gelangweilt herum, in 7 Tagen kein Grusswort, keine Notiz von den Gästen, der Umgang mit Gästewünschen inexistent! Für ein 4-*-Haus würde ich mir auch wünschen, dass im Frühstücksraum nicht eine Woche ein Kübel unter der Klimaanlage stehen muss, weil aus dem Klimagerät ständig Wasser tropft. Die Fenster auf die Bucht schlecht isoliert, bei Regen dringt Wasser in die (überteuerten) Zimmer, auf dem überaus glitschigen Zimmerboden kann man sich das Genick brechen, aber auch das scheint nicht zu interessieren. Die perfekte Lage des Hotels scheint insgesamt zu verhindern, dass man sich noch als Gastgeber benimmt.

Staff gentilissimo, camera pulita e servizi offerti al top, posizione che meglio di cosi non si può richiedere, praticamente sulla baia del silenzio con un panorama pazzesco ed in centro paese. Sala colazione da sogno, vetrata che guarda la baia, e colazione fornita di ogni cosa. Personale della SPA gentile e presente in tutto. Sicuramente da ritornarci!
