Just returned from a weekend at the Miramare in Sestri Levante... what can I say? Truly beautiful experience. Very nice hotel, spacious and spotless rooms as well as all the common areas, friendly staff. But the most beautiful thing is the location on the silent bay!! the terrace and the lounge bar are directly on the beach: amazing!!! very varied breakfast at the sea view restaurant!! The hotel also has a wellness center and beach service, in short, everything is perfect!!! Special thanks to Angelo from the restaurant and Cristina from the spa: very kind!! We will be back soon!!!

Located in the splendid Baia del Silenzio, the hotel is silent, frequented by a clientele equally respectful of others' rest and desire for quiet. Large rooms, spacious wardrobes, large bedroom mirror, very comfortable bed, sofas, side tables; very large, beautiful, marble bathroom with shower and hydromassage. It has an elegant bar, a very pleasant and well-furnished reading room with a view of the sea, spacious lounges which are very comfortable on bad weather days, and a TV room. The staff is very kind and accommodating. In this period the restaurant is only open for lunch but offers good dishes. A truly pet friendly hotel, not just on the service list. Eco friendly hotel; many details make clear the hotel's tendency to respect nature (use of bathroom products, ecological wipes, etc. Experience to be repeated. Recommended

Great location - very mixed service We have been coming back to the unique Baia for almost 50 years! Unfortunately, many other guests have also remembered the location, the two hotels on the bay are now overpriced and in the "Miramare" the mostly sloppy service (e.g. for breakfast) and the careless trea**ent of guests is annoying! The "manager", for example, sits around bored, not a word of greeting in 7 days, not a note from the guests, and the way he deals with guests' requests is non-existent! For a 4* hotel, I would also like to see a bucket not standing under the air conditioning in the breakfast room for a week because water is constantly dripping from the air conditioning unit. The windows overlooking the bay are poorly insulated, when it rains water gets into the (overpriced) rooms, you can break your neck on the extremely slippery room floor, but that doesn't seem to matter either. The perfect location of the hotel seems to prevent anyone from behaving like a host.

Very kind staff, clean room and top services offered, a location that you couldn't ask for better than this, practically on the bay of silence with a crazy view and in the town center. Dream breakfast room, window overlooking the bay, and fully equipped breakfast. SPA staff friendly and present throughout. Definitely worth returning!

The hotel is located directly on the Baia del Silenzio beach. Small but well-equipped seafront rooms. Stunning panorama. A problem solved very well by the reception staff. Excellent breakfast and spa. The common areas are well furnished. Note of credit to Matteo night porter. Definitely coming back.
