Accueil plutôt frais ! A notre arrivée la chambre était froide, nous avons dû se rendre à l’accueil pour comprendre le mode de fonctionnement du chauffage bruyant !! Petit déjeuner correct sans plus ! Dommage car plutôt bien situé !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic location, close to everything. You can walk to all restaurants along the canals. All shopping is nearby. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Loved their simple fresh hotel breakfast every morning. Super clean rooms. Whimsical artwork throughout. Highly recommend.

L'hôtel nous avait été recommandé par une connaissance. À notre tour de recommander "l'Orque bleue". Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel vraiment agréable. Déco très sympa. Chambre bien agencé, literie de qualité. Nous espérons y revenir.

Très jolie découverte . L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé et joliment décoré de trouvailles vintage . Hall superbe . Nous avons eu la chance d’occuper une chambre dont le balcon donnait sur le canal . Chambre cosy, literie très confortable , propreté top. Le personnel est charmant , efficace et très pro . Il est conseillé de réserver sa place de garage . Merci pour cet agréable séjour .

Un hôtel sans mauvaises surprises. Au contraire, la vue est magnifique, reposante, ensoleillée. L’hôtel est près de tout, les commerces de bouche ou autres. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, aimable, très gentil et professionnel. Que ce soit la chambre, la literie, la propreté, la luminosité le cadeau de bienvenue, tout y est pour un séjour des plus agréable sans souci. Nous reviendrons, c est ´ certain. Hôtel très bien situé sur un quai peu passant, personnel à l'écoute, accueil très sympathique, très bon et copieux petit déjeuner. Chambre standard petite mais confortable, salle de bain très fonctionnelle. Très bon séjour

Hotel très bien situé, charmant, bon accueil, très propre, déco sympa et parking apprécié! Petit déjeuner copieux . Petit bémol : la chambre un peu petite et il manque frigo .... Ce serait presque parfait .Dommage !

Whilst the hotel is well situated and the room was very comfortable I found the customer service some what lacking. We made 2 requests at reception and the staff response both times was unhelpful and almost rude. One request was to get 2 replacement paper cups for our room as housekeeping had not done this. The first response was they didn’t have any, then begrudgingly she went and found 2. I am glad I didn’t ask them to refill the empty soap dispenser in the bathroom, can’t imagine what the response would have been then. Our French is very basic, and when we made requests they only spoke to us in French, however when we were checking out the English was quite good to tell us how much we owed. We were thinking of extending our stay but changed our mind after the poor service.

Quel bel établissement ! Accueil de qualité souriant plaisant agréable. Arrangeant sur la distribution des chambres. Et un petit déjeuner qui ne vous donne qu’une envie c’est de revenir ! Découvert un peu par hasard nous t reviendrons avec un réel plaisir. La déco est jubilatoire !
