Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. The hot tub in the room also leaked which explains the sewage smell. The staff knew. We saw them open all the windows and terrace doors when they were cleaning. The smell was wretched. We had to sleep with the windows and terrace door open which lead to lots of mosquitos and horrible bites. We left two nights early knowing we wouldn’t get a refund but they still charged us all the taxes. Don’t do the hotel breakfast. Not worth the €25 per person. Going in September meant the bar upstairs had no attendant. You have to call down to have them bring anything up. Not something you expect from a 5 star hotel. It was truly a 4 star hotel that needs a lot of maintenance.

I don’t understand how they possibly can justify the cost. For this price, drinks, breakfast and onsite entertainment should all be provided. There is no reason to pay such exorbitant rates for such little return.

Stay from September 15 to 20, 2023. Very warm welcome, with thanks to ALL the staff for their availability, friendliness and good humor; Really ! Always a "hello", that's a change from quite a few other hotels. Luxury room as per the website, very clean, towels changed every day and sheets changed during our stay. Bar completed free of charge (without alcohol). Top-notch and unlimited breakfast. The roof top (a little limited in space) with jacuzzi and towels provided..great. Downside all the same but for us it was rather unpleasant. We had room 205 below the roof top and on Saturday evening there is an evening organized with music and a DJ. (Zim Boom...it's not the kind of music we like) We still participated indirectly because the music was very loud and therefore impossible to sleep until 5 a.m. I think the hotel does not have the structure provided for soundproofing this type of event. it's a shame. Despite everything, we will happily return to this establishment, but not on a Saturday...or else we will have to be offered a room away from the roof top.

The Oz Inn offers us the perfect premium ambience to enjoy ourselves as a couple in the open air. Savoir vivre, that's exactly what this hotel is all about. My wife and I get everything there that gives me energy in this life. It's strategically perfectly located in the village. The highlight is the rooftop bar. You meet really exciting couples there, often entrepreneurs. This enables very interesting conversations and experiences. Absolutely respectful. We love this hotel.

We visited the area for the first time and choose this hotel this June/July for 4 nights. The hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable and cool. Bar and rooftop area are a great place to hang out and enjoy, although not a lot of shade during the day. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel and you can enjoy spa options at the sister resort within minutes.

As I indicate in the title, this hotel is not a 5 star, at most a small 4 Positive points: Very available and extremely friendly staff Very well maintained Negative points: Room without storage for clothes apart from a micro wardrobe Shower head not functional A roof top evening organized last Saturday with free access open to the public leading to comings and goings throughout the hotel, and a lot of noise preventing you from closing your eyes before 1: 30 a.m. We used to frequent the other hotel in the village to which we will return. It is quieter and much better value for money.
