房間比較小，整個酒店沒有雙床房。和novatel共用餐廳。酒店距離博物館很近，周邊距離吃飯，逛街的商業區很近，位置很好

Points positifs: Le personnel très aimable Petit déjeuner correcte Situation géographique Chaînes françaises disponibles Points négatifs La literie surtout les oreillers, ils nous donne envie de rentrer chez nous 😅 Manque de petit poubelle dans la chambre , passe assez de serviettes ( une serviette visage et un draps de bain pour deux Adultes 😞) Rapport qualité prix ça reste correct Bonne continuation

Hôtel qui se dégrade... on a l'habitude de prendre un ibis pour leurs standards toujours au niveau. Malheureusement on a eu de mauvaises surprises a serif! La chambre sentait la cigarette. On a demandé de nous changer la chambre, réponse : "toutes les chambres sont pareils..." pas de serviettes dans la chambre, après réclamation, on nous a "jeter" une serviette pour deux sur le lit. Puis d'autres détails que vous pouvez voir en photos... Literie dégradée, chambre dégradée, robinetterie endommagé ...

From the quick check in we feel the professionalism and skills of Mr Elwafi and Mrs Katia to welcome the customer and create a certain friendliness with the customer, overall the hotel is very clean and well maintained (a big thank you for Surface technicians for the good job).

At check in I was given a room that I found the door was already open, the window does not close claiming I was changed to another room in the evening around 11:00 p.m. I returned I put the heating on and that does not work the room was very cold I called the reception to claim or even to have another blanket but there was nobody!!!! Frankly this unit is far from Ibis standards!!!! I never recommend this unit

A warm welcome and impeccable service. The staff very attentive, the dinner was worthy of a 5 star. A varied and tasty buffet. The room rather small but very clean. Thanks to Fouad the Maître d'hotel for his professionalism.

È un buon hotel al crr ed nero di Setif con tutte le comodità nei paraggi. Le camere sono piccole ma sufficiente per una persona . Camere pulite ottima doccia e bagno, presente canali satellitari e ottimo segnale Wi-Fi. La cucina e discreta , cena e colazione a buffet buono al giorno alla carta .
