Já estive há algum tempo para visitar este hotel e portanto decidi passar lá uma noite com a minha namorada num quarto com cama para casal. O quarto foi bastante espaçoso, comodo e limpo, o pequeno almoço foi delicioso e as funcionárias foram todas muito simpáticas, especialmente a menina Ester, que foi responsável pelo nosso check-in, demonstrou enorme simpatia, celeridade e vontade de ajudar. Sem duvidas voltarei a ficar neste excelente hotel.

Empregada da receção muito afável e prestável, 5 estrelas mesmo. Hotel muito bem decorado e temático da seleção. Bom pequeno almoço feito à medida do cliente e limpeza feita no hora. Se precisarem o hotel trata de reservas de jantar, passeios ou o que precisarem. Piscina acabamos por não usar

The hotel is very clean, bed is very confortable. The breakfast is very good and served by a nice lady. Parking is easy. A lot of spaces to put clothes The swimming pool is small and no chairs to rest. The wifi connection is very bad. Room and bathroom small. The boss is not kind: neither welcome neither thanks and bye at the check-in/out.

Chambre 106 "Rui Costa" : petite mais fonctionnelle, grand lit confortable, pas de mini-bar, douche de belle taille. Ménage à améliorer : résidus de feuilles sèches sur le sol et poussière sur la table de chevet. Piscine d'eau salée chauffée. Très bon accueil des 3 employées croisées à la réception lors de notre séjour. Attention parking non sécurisé : nous avons eu le désagrément d'avoir le pare-choc de notre véhicule endommagé. Nous l'avons signalé à la jeune femme qui se trouvait à l'accueil ce soir-là. Celle-ci est sortie constater les dégâts, s'est excusée et a rapporté immédiatement l'incident à son "patron" qui n'a même daigné sortir de la pièce où il se trouvait. Ce monsieur n'a aucune considération pour sa clientèle qui n'est bonne qu'à augmenter son chiffre d'affaires. Nous le soupçonnons d'être à l'origine de l'incident mais sans témoins ni preuves nous n'avons rien pu faire. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel !

Check-in was great, the hotel was nice, room was clean, but the AC never went below 20c (68F), so it blew out warmish air and turned off every couple of hours so I had to keep getting up to turn it back on. I never got to sleep because it was SO hot.

Nesta estadia nem tudo foi negativo como tal pretendo fazer uma avaliação coerente com o serviço que nos foi prestado. Pela positiva; Limpeza e espaço dos quartos, simpatia de alguns colaboradores. Pela negativa; cheiro a esgoto proveniente da canalização da casa de banho, falta de água quente ao que acresce o manifesto desinteresse do responsável em resolver o problema quando lhe foi comunicado (não houve sequer um pedido de desculpa pela falha comunicada), pequeno-almoço fraco sem possibilidade de opção. Em suma o valor cobrado é manifestamente alto e não corresponde à qualidade do serviço prestado.

Excelente experiência, a repetir! Destacar amabilidade do staff, em particular da colaboradora Ester, que foi inexcedível em nos proporcionar uma estadia muito agradável! Chegámos perto da meia noite, após viagem muito longa, ficou à nossa espera, fez upgrade do quarto para nos permitir descansar tranquilamente, permitiu late check out para descansar-mos um pouco mais e disponibilizou snacks, chá e café após a nossa saída, pois não contratámos o pequeno almoço. Muito agradecidos pela atenção! Espaço muito acolhedor, instalações modernas e confortáveis, decoração muito original e agradável, sem dúvida a repetir na próxima estadia na região, será certamente a nossa escolha e recomendamos vivamente.

Adorei o atendimento da Ester, muito atenciosa. Espaço exterior pequeno mas agradável. Quarto bastante confortável. O pequeno almoço que deixou um pouco a desejar, não tinha muita variedade, e ainda por cima não estava incluído na estadia. Mas de resto tudo ótimo
