We arrived late, after 10:00 PM, and the door to our room was open (not just unlocked but not closed). The room had a musty smell and was warm. We found red mold on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Housekeeping has been neglected as the hall carpet was dirty as was the elevator floor. Very disappointing for a Hilton branded hotel.

This hotel is dated and worn out. We booked based on good reviews, but I can't believe this is even the same hotel we read reviews on.
Upon arriving the customer service rep was not friendly. The carpet, paint, everything looked so used and abused.
Arrive to our room and the wallpaper was literally coming off the wall. The pillows on the bed for sleeping were the size of decorative pillows. The shower has tons of black mold all over like it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a long time.
We got in late and decided to just stay since we were headed out early.
Save $$ and book somewhere else. This hotel needs major renovations everywhere!

Got in late. Safe didn’t work, front door didn’t close properly. No hangers. No sheets for pull out. Food found on floor under pull out. Took over an hour to get sheets when they were just a few feet down the hall. Terrible experience.

Positives: Located next to the highway and under 20 minutes from Downtown Columbia. The staff (front desk, restaurant, maintenance, housekeeping, etc...) was very friendly. Negatives: This hotel is in dire need of renovation. The first room had dust and filth in all of the air vents. There was mold in the shower. I was moved to another room, which was better but still in need of work. The pictures are from the second room. Almost all of the room doors had scratches. The main elevator glass had a hole in it. Message to ownership: Invest in having all the rooms painted and drywalled. Invest in serious repairs.
