Premier Inn Sevenoaks

Out of stock items on the menu including drinks !! Breakfast was lukewarm and so was the coffee!! However the room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Dreadful experience. The room was good very standard premier inn good night sleep. It is what I have come to expect from Premier Inn. Clean, quiet and comfortable. But breakfast was another issue. Food was mediocre but I did go towards the end of the allocated time. The food had certainly been sitting for a while! But the service was awful, there was one lady on duty who could not be less interested in customers. She was abrupt when she could be bothered to speak and spent most of her time looking after a (very loud) man from a local taxi firm. He seemed to take priority over all other customers in the restaurant. I appreciate there maybe a business deal with the taxi firm as he was there two of the three mornings I stayed but we were all paying customers and should have been treated the same. I know you get what you pay for but no excuse for rude and dismissive customer service.

Took too long for staff to come to reception, and then took over 30 mins to check in when only person there, breakfast was not alot of choice in hot food, and only toast for gluten free option

Spent two nights here whilst visiting family. The hotel is modern and, for the most part, well maintained. Comfy bed, clean rooms, nice toiletries, friendly, helpful staff, good location, breakfast plentiful. What would make it even better: 1). Opening windows. There are air con units in the rooms, but they seem a little erratic. Sometimes hot air, sometimes cold air. Turn themselves off at random. And the minimum temperature (19C) is too high. It would be nice to have fresh air in the room. 2). More disabled parking spaces. There are only two available, and they are awkward to manoeuvre in and out of. 3). Breakfast. Most of the food and drink is great, but why tropical squash rather than orange juice? The mushrooms are also very very very salty. 4). The desk in our room has seen better days and seemed about to collapse. 5) the shower head could do with a good soak in limescalw remover.

We stayed here on the 23/24/03 /2024 thee hotel was very clean but we found a few problems. The bed is very comfortable but very low to the floor. The bathroom/toilet the bath could have a bath mat as it is very slippery there was not a toilet brush. There was no telephone in the room so you could contact the front desk. There was no fire drill on the back of the door. We found the food to be very good and plenty of it the photo shows the bed up high not true.

Front desk were unpleasant and only gave 1 key. Restaurant was closed except for breakfast. Shower curtain dirty and walls had dirty marks on them. Exterior windows dirty. Drinking glasses in room dirty. The list is never ending. Won’t stay again! Waste of money.

Clean, spacious and bright room. Being one of the newer premier inns was the reason for this. Customer service was appalling, breakfast whilst cooked fresh was poor. (Bacon overcooked, the most saltiest mushrooms I’ve ever had; was just pure salt!). One member of staff showed poor customer service except when it was a regular customer from a taxi firm and he got his food as a priority. She currently lacks ability to multi task and requires further training and asked to not wear sports leggings that are completely see through when stretched. The dark haired gentleman who came on shift during breakfast was calm, in control and able to multitask and I told him so. Disappointing but very comfortable stay in a wonderful fresh Premier Inn in the perfect location.
