I booked a 2 night stay on Monday Aug 230th/21 for this weekend and was told that there was availability on Friday & Saturday night. The front desk staff wanted an e-transfer for the room. I told him I would like to pay by Amex and wanted to leave my CC number for the HOLD. He said I could pay when I got there. I phoned today letting him know we might be arriving after 6:30pm because of traffic and then he told me that the hotel was booked solid. I said I know, I have a hotel room for 2 nights. He then told me if I didn't pay by e-transfer, I don't have a room. I'm VERY disappointed at the poor customer service the NEW OWNER of the Motel presence. It says on the website they take VISA or AMEX and he will not honor my reservations. This is a rinky-dink way to run a Motel/Hotel. Don't take a chance by booking here, once you arrive YOU may not have a room to rest your head. If I could give it ZERO STARS I would.
