Hampton Inn Sevierville

Very happy with our stay, great location and great breakfast options. Very clean and the staff was very help with any questions.

We are Hilton Honors members at a Diamond level. This property is not consistent with most others. Property and our room was musty. Clean, but had a definite musty smell. Staff were OK, but when we checked in did not even acknowledge that we are diamond. I had to ask for waters. Then when we had issues with WiFi, the desk clerk acted like it was our fault.

Room smells like chlorine - will never stay here again. Property does have an indoor pool, but we’re nowhere near the pool and on the third floor, yet the room smells like strong chlorine as if we are in the pool. Avoid this property at all costs.

This property was a let down. It was outdated and needed many in room renovations. Carpet around the a/c unit was coming loose. and dry rotted. There were rusty rods in the bathroom. Toilet was too small. Power outlets in the room did not work. And the overpriced charge per night, way overshadowed the quality of the property. Make this place a last ditch option for a hotel stay in Sevierville, TN.

Everything was really good! It was really cold this weekend and I just wanted a hot shower to get warm, but the water never got hot! The water was almost too cold to get a fast shower. Very disappointed due to the amount of money I spent. I expect better

Very clean,quiet, and friendly, the fitness room was closed for remodel, but overall would stay again.

When we checked in the didn't have the room we purchased. Got a smaller room than we wanted. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The toilet seat was very close to the ground. There was no conditioner or body wash in the free bottles. The only good thing was the breakfast options and the heated indoor pool. Not worth a second stay, but good in a pinch.

This place does not measure up to other Hampton Inns in which I’ve stayed. The room smelled like BO covered with deodorant. The toilet wasn’t secure to the floor, the vanity nearly fell off the wall when I leaned on it. The carpet was actually sticky! Room was cluttered and the bed looked like it was thrown together…pillows were heaped up at the head. Not too inviting. An uncapped random pipe was sticking out of the shower wall. Really junky overall.

Not as bad as many of these recent reviews proclaim. I was expecting a dump and was seriously thinking of changing my reservation. But when we arrived, it was fine. It’s like many Hampton Inns I have been to. Older? Yes. But just fine. Room was clean and appointments similar to others. Room may have been a *little* smaller than some others but similar. I did however have a BIG problem and nothing could be done about it. We were in room 308. It is right behind the elevator. There is some kind of locked machine room right next to the elevator (directly behind the beds headboard) and some kind of motor ran all day and night. It *literally* shakes the room. I called to get moved and they said there was nowhere to move us to. It was bad enough to consider moving hotels. On top of that the heater kicking on sounded like a car starting. Between those two things it was like sleeping in an airline hangar. Loudest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Thank goodness for noise canceling headphones. But even wearing those you can FEEL the rumble. I’m a simple guy. All I need is a quiet, clean place to lay my head. This was not it. I will be following up with the management since there was nothing that could be done on-site.
