Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains

Resort is convenient to everything. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans for cooking. The bed was comfortable. It took a very long time for the water to get hot. A 1 bedroom unit is too small for 2 couples to share, just my opinion.

Staff were wonderful and rooms are kept very clean! Driveways are steep and sometimes confusing to get around property. Nice visit!

Easy access location, yet away from the bustle of the Smokies. Relaxing atmosphere. They are updating buildings and putt putt, but so glad that they are keeping everything updated! Very comfortable 2 BR unit in building #14. No steps except to pools. Loud steps in unit above us. All pillows are thick...need 2 thinner ones included!

This was our first stay at Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains. I would definitely go back. The location of the resort is excellent. It is easy to get to all of the touristy areas and the National Park yet still somewhat out of the way. I loved how close it was to the Walmart so we could get groceries for our stay. I was very happy overall with the condo. It was large, clean and fairly updated. The only complaint was that when the upstairs neighbors walked around at night, it was very loud. Check in is a little nuts on the weekend. I wish the sales team was a little less aggressive for owners. Let us enjoy our stay without the push for a new sale. We've already spent a lot of money. The pool area was pretty far from our condo, so we drove there to use the facility. It was pretty clean and well cared for. Everything was in good working order. Definitely enjoyed our stay and will plan to go back, maybe avoid checking in on a weekend...

Second time at this resort and both were wonderful. Great location for local activities and restaurants.

So many places to eat- Lunches, try burgers from 6 places- Restaurants- Aubreys - Excellent Ribs Resort was clean and well cared for. Some furniture could be updated, but most in good shape

In TN for business hotel was clean and very convenient location.

My husband and I stayed here in September of 2023. Nice enough place. Lots of room and convenient location. We knew we would be coming back in April for the Rod Run so in December of 2023 we booked our room for April 2024. 5 days before we were to leave, we get a phone call telling us our reservations have been canceled !!! No explanation just they couldn't accommodate us. When pressed further, the woman said something about owners have first priority ??? They just said call this number and they will find you another place. I asked the company that was trying to help us what the problem was. They said there were no notes as to why the reservation was canceled . They said it was probably over booked. How can that even be when we booked it in December??!! I believe because it is a very busy weekend they found someone who would pay more and possibly stay longer. (If you can't give me an actual answer, I am free to make assumptions) If that is how you run your business I think people should be aware so they can always have a plan B in place if they decide to go with you. I know we never will again.

So many complaints. 1. I'm pretty sure our room wasn't cleaned in a long time. Dust everywhere, spider website with living spiders under our sink, and it looked like our showers were moldy. It is worth the stay if you are on the side with registration. They have the splash pad, playground, pool and fitness room. I was so disappointed when I came here to find out we weren't walking distance from any amenities. They put us in the back little corner. Workers were nice, but I'm sure there are many other better places to stay in the area.
