The large man at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Threatened to call the cops on me because he was being extremely rude to me and I snapped back at him. The room was dirty. The microwave didn't work. Towels and bedding was stained and there was 2 nasty bars of used soap in the shower. Also there was dog feces on the balcony and trash everywhere out there. And there was just an all over filth over every thing. I cleaned an area of the left side of the toilet paper holder just to show how nasty it was. DISGUSTINGš¤¢ And the rude "man" at the front desk.. Won't ever be back.

Overall not a horrible experience. I booked online through a 3rd party, she was able to accommodate my balcony request as must of selected a different room when I purchased. The room itself looked fresh and cleaned. My only suggestion would be a better to clean the carpets and upgrade some for the complimentary breakfast. I would stay again for the price it was worth it!

Stayed here April 9th 2024 on my way back home. Needed accommodations that accepted pets. The grounds and hotel definitely need attention. The grounds were littered with trash, beer cans and cigarette butts. Guess this should have been a tip off. Pictures make it look a lot better than reality. Room appeared to be ok. Wasnt the cleanest but not the worst either. Very dated and in need of deep cleaning. It wasnt till I laid down to sleep that I noticed a horrible odor. It was in the area between the beds and nightstand. By this time it was late and I was very tired. Needless to say I did not sleep very well. In the morning there wasnt any breakfast , coffee etc. Not sure if I left too early to get breakfast or if there just wasnt a breakfast offered that morning. Would not recommend this hotel.

Me an my wife tina was there to visit the area because it was.my 63rd birthday, an because of the room it was terrible, it seemed the front desk got mad when I reported about the microwave but I forgot to tell him about the electrical outlets,

The property was clean, inexpensive, and in good shape. The only negative was the icy parking lot. It needed a snowplow and salt.
