The room was nice with a living area, bath area, and bedroom. The indoor pool and hot tub were small but very clean and attractive. The hot breakfast was not delicious, but it was plentiful: waffles, eggs, breakfast meat, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, etc. This hotel is closer to the interstate and rather a distance from Pigeon Forge and the entrance to the national park, but overall a very pleasant place to stay. Adjustable shower, comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping service, which is a rarity lately.

It was just ok bed was good room was clean but needs lots of updates and repair. Broken light in room we told them about it, hard to open the door to get into the room. Staff were good and friendly. We told them the issues they said ok we will let them know.

Paid for a suite—hot tub DID NOT work. Couldn’t find the remote for the TV in the second living area. I got CAULK all over me from the fresh caulk surrounding the hot tub. The art work hanging above the bed had shattered glass and was barely hanging so we took it down. I didn’t feel like dying in a crappy hotel suite.

We have stayed at this motel for many years. The last few condition has deteriorated because of lack of upkeep. Handles fall off drawers and screws are *****ped so they cannot be reattached; carpets show wear; lock on balcony door was broken. The thermostat on the heater did not work so it was always running full tilt unless you turned it iff completely. So temperature was either too hot or too cold. Housekeeping was hit or miss. They either did not come at all or only partially took care of the room.
On the positive side, location was convenient and price was lower than other places. Guess you get what you pay for.
