Great mattresses and small pillows, the indoor pool looked less than desirable, it was cloudy and had a film on top of the water. The breakfast was a typical free hotel breakfast. The hotel was clean and the shower was hot and had plenty of water pressure.

Great location for our travel needs.

This hotel has really gone down hill the last couple of years. Very dirty. The hallways are not cleaned, the rooms are not very clean either. It was late when we got in, when I went to use the bathroom I noticed dried urine on the floor in front of the toilet, aye yi yi. I cleaned it up, should have called downstairs, but the overall appearance of everything, I shouldn't have been surprised, There was mold in the orange juice that came out of the machine the next morning, Will not be staying there again. Saw lizard near the elevator, scared the crap out of me. Corners in the rooms need to be cleaned, a lot of dirt has accumulated,

The heated pool was the best part. It was like a giant hot tub. The breakfast was good and had hot items. The staff was helpful. The building was older but had nice renovations. They allow pets but the hotel seemed clean. Great deal for what you get.

Okay, so I’m still rating my visit as five-star. It’s true, we did enjoy the stay! Staff was super friendly, particularly the front desk clerk, one of the house keepers, and the woman who ran the breakfast bar- which was pretty good by the way! Very welcoming environment including all guests! Everyone was just so friendly. I do however want to be honest about some of the things in my experience because maybe it could help you guys in the future! My room was pretty neat, the chair was kind of gross, I just covered it with a sheet. The thing that stood out to me the most was that the floor was super dirty, and it’s hard wood/snap tile flooring so you could just feel the dust and debris under your feet. I had young children with me and kids are messy, so I’m used to doing quick, easy cleanups, so I actually took the wet towels that we took from the pool to dry off with, and used them as a mop and just kind of danced around the floor cleaning it up! The towels were super dirty when I was finished. I went over it a couple of times and it did feel much better. We did the whole bed check and what not, and no bugs! A couple of ants made their way in our room by the end of our stay. The pool was a nice feature, but it was a lot smaller than I would have thought. I couldn’t stay in it for too long because it was SO hot. It was a hot tub/jacuzzi and mixed with the pool which was also heated. I think turning it down just a notch, would be great! Also, the water was kind of dirty, but there were a TON of families in and out of there. My bed was hard but oddly enough, I slept GREAT both nights! Pillows had some various options in fluffiness. Bathroom was actually really nice and neat and looked to be clean, but the complimentary soaps/shampoo bottles were really dirty around the holder and they were empty. I did manage to get some shampoo! We brought products, but thought it was a nice touch had they been full containers! Like I said at the beginning, we did have a blast at the hotel and it was a great price! Especially for a last minute surprise visit to the mountains! Maybe we will be back to see you guys!

The bed is amazing! The room is very beautiful and the bathroom super comfortable, including everything a disabled person needs, which I thought was awesome! The only thing was the breakfast was not very good, the eggs were those fake eggs that taste like carton, and the waffle batter was not enough for the lot of people staying. But it is a nice hotel, I would definitely recommend it.

The place was really clean, the staff was friendly, and the place was overall great! We were only there for one night but it is a place we could have stayed at for a week or more if we had the time. The pool looked clean and inviting. Breakfast smelled incredible!
