Nous avons reçu un mail la veille d'arriver dans l'hôtel, arriver prévu pour un Chek in a 15h, nous arrivons donc à 15h. Nous avons du attendre 2h que la chambre soit prête, inadmissible ! Aucun geste n'a été fait. Le ménage laisse à désirer, 2 volets ne fermaient pas... L'hôtel se délabre (mal entretenu), ascenseur en panne... La piscine est un point d'eau, elle paraît bien plus grande sur les photos et n'est pas très propre. Sinon l'hôtel est bien placé pour découvrir Séville.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, todo nuevo y amplio, pero no nos gustó nada que después de hacer el check in a las 2,30 nos fuimos a comer y regresamos sobre las 4 y nos dijeron que todavia no estaba preparada la habitación, tuvimos que esperar media hora más.

The checkin was challenging as they have two buildings and the guy at our building left without completing the checkin. The other building is where the reception is open until midnight. The apartment itself was clean with a nice kitchen. Parking is very challenging and not at the Tempa Museo location.
