A big thank you to Antoine for the efficiency and hospitality. Overall a great restaurant; good food a menu with options. The dishes were served rapidly and the decor was beautiful with sports bar a**osphere but at the same time quiet restaurant.

Hotel that steals from its customers! We paid for two nights and after one night for personal reasons we had to leave the establishment, we informed the manager who told us that she could not reimburse us so we left the hotel telling her our dissatisfaction and after 4 days the hotel debited me 120th from my account... I called the manager who told me that it was normal because we should have told her that we were leaving permanently except that this person saw us leaving with our suitcases…. Either the staff lacks discernment, logic or is doing it on purpose! In addition to that in the morning my friend goes to the bar to have a coffee and a member of the hotel makes a comment to him by asking him if he was part of the hotel by making him pass off as a homeless person who came to enjoy the breakfast. lunch! Just shameful and scandalous behavior not at all worthy of a so-called 4 star! So very bad experience in this hotel group!!!

Th e hotel itself was very good and the breakfast was excellent. We were billed twice in one day for the taxes and again at checkout. The front desk confirmed they ordered a taxi for us but taxi company had no record. Be advised of extra charges and no one to follow up.

The hotel is very clean. The connection to the metro is OK, you have to walk about 7-10 minutes. The staff at reception were unfortunately unfriendly. Later other staff came and they were very friendly.
