Hôtel Beauregard, the Originals Relais (Inter-Hotel)

L’hôtel est superbement situé en face du lac avec une vue incroyable. Cet établissement possède une piscine, un sauna, propose des massages…. L’hôtel est confortable, le restaurant met en avant une cuisine surprenante et délicieuse. La literie est de qualité et nous avons apprécié la grande paroi de douche qui permet de ne pas inonder la salle de bains. Le personnel est souriant, dynamique et prévenant. C’est vraiment une réussite

Nous avons passé un séjour de trois jours dans cet établissement. Nous voulions éviter le brouhaha d’Annecy, tout en ayant la possibilité si nécessaire d’y accéder facilement.Du confort de la chambre, aux moments de détente dans la piscine, et enfin aux repas réalisés dans les deux restaurants de l’hôtel, tout était parfait. Le service est souriant et très à l’écoute. Une très belle découverte à réitérer sans hésitation.

My husband and I stayed one night at the end of April. We had booked a room with a lake view and indeed the view is truly incredible when the weather is nice! However, we were disappointed with the room which was relatively cramped, but above all lacking in cleanliness (hair on the hair dryer, dust on the towel dryer, dirty wall above the bed, even the fake little reception plant is dusty...). I would also add that we were only able to open the window for an hour upon our arrival, because by mid-afternoon a swarm of mosquitoes (at least 20) had invaded the window and its surroundings. is really a shame for a three-star hotel. Breakfast is €19 per person, it is correct in terms of quality and quantity offered. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to stay in this hotel because at almost €200 per night (excluding breakfast), we expect the cleaning to be impeccable.

We were received on a Sunday by a young lady who was not very cooperative, no explanation apart from the keys and a small sheet for timetables. No explanation in the upper room either. Small room with gaps. Very old windows in poor condition which close poorly with single glazing. One of the rooms didn't close well, they had to put in a ***** of foam. This contrasts with the new swimming pool and SPA facilities. Extremely cramped elevator. At the bar three days in a row, the service plan was dirty. Other than that clean hotel. A big plus the receptionist mr. Gonzalez is very personable and available. The breakfast service is OK. The small living room next to the large room is also too cramped and cluttered. In short, we won't go back.

Varied and excellent breakfast with friends. Welcoming and attentive staff. Then we went to the spa and sauna area that we had reserved for an hour. The setting is breathtaking, we had a wonderful time.

Pleasant stay with very nice view as well as the private Nordic bubble pleasant and attentive staff very available pretty room with good service easy to find and place to park looking forward to returning

What a desappointment !!! The view is marvelous.... that's it, everything is said... For the rest, nothing is right... Room, breakfast, evening meal, service. On the other hand, the bill is worthy of a five star. I don't recommend it...really not.
