Honestly, this experience was one of a kind! Although the arrival was surreal via our private Helicopter ride; yet, something was missing during my stay! You’ll understand soon. The resort is lovely and not old enough, around seven years ago, and located on a very awesome Island called Felicity. Most of the staff are newly recruited, and honestly, most of them are the kindest people. However, I read the news later on and discovered what happened on that island a few months ago, and that was horrible!! Then I knew what it was missing: just a touch of renovation to revive the place, maybe new designs, events, food, etc. Otherwise, I would say that I had a below-normal experience in my first Six Senses Chain experience, especially since the previous resot was Anantara Maia, which was an unforgettable one. Finally, the Spa experience was the only activity I recommend, and it was entertaining and energetic. I appreciate your understanding. I hope that my reviews will help you to choose the right place!

What a wonderful & unforgettable place. Our villa was very beautiful with an amazing ocean view. All Services were very pleasant and professional. Food was excellent ,delicious and very healthy. A first class place. We would love to go back soon. We would like to say a big thank you to Mr Anil GEM from the reception for helping us out in many ways and tour guiding us everywhere,We are really grateful for the island experience.

The hotel is a paradise, everything is like living in a movie. The villas, the food and the beaches are incredible. The treatment of the workers was perfect from start to finish. Especially, I would like to thank Vladimir for his great work, education and kindness at all times.

We decided to revisit the Seychelles because it left such a lasting impression on us from our first visit before the pandemic in 2019. It was out first time staying with Six Senses Zil Pasyon and we were certainly not disappointed. After a long flight from the UK once we finally arrived at the jetty we were given warm reception by the GM Frans and Cristian along with the welcome party. We were whisked away to over Ocean View Villa by Cristian, where we completed all the check in formalities. After a guided tour of the villa and a brief explanation of the island resort we were allocated our Gem Abdel. The moment you step foot on the island you are made to feel welcome by the entire team at Zil Pasyon. What make this place so special is the fact you are so connected with nature, tranquility and privacy. It feels as though its your very own piece of paradise. The breakfast buffet was great, we also pre-ordered breakfast in the villa which was placed the night before and was delivered on time the next day. As you walk around the island exploring the beaches, spa area and the hiking trails you are just simply in awe of the place. Our villa was just perfect, the house keeping and turn down service was spot on. The highlight was your very own infinity pool over looking the ocean. In the main dining area lunch and dinner is served, our GEM Abdel always kept us informed of the speciality menus on offer for dinner. We were also given a private tour of the residences which cater for larger groups or family located on the other side of the island. A big shout out to all the staff especially Karen and Latifa who looked after us so well during lunch and dinner services. The F & B manager John was simply a joy…full of energy and focused on delivering excellent service for all guests. Spa manager Deepak and Santana were superb, making sure we had an amazing time by the infinity pool to catch pink sunset with champagne and nibbles. I would also like to say a massive thank you to the entire team for the amazing birthday cake and champagne to celebrate my birthday. Special thanks to Abdel and Marius for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back in the future.

Luxury villa surrounded by lush greenery, massive rock formations on the Indian Ocean. The breakfast buffet was among the best we've had. The staff was kind and attentive. The beach snorkeling was comparable to scuba diving. We loved Six Senses Zil Pasyon and highly recommend it.

Difficult to know where to start. The room had a beautiful layout, sensational views, well equipped with Fridge, wine cooler, coffee machine and Ice maker, however it was showing its age, a little and needed attention soon. The beaches are not particularly inviting or impressive. There is basically one restaurant where you have breakfast lunch and dinner, save for the theme nights where the ocean restaurant opens. On one occasion for breakfast I ordered scrambled eggs on toast with Avocado, I was told the avocado wasn't freshly sliced but more of a Guacamole, I said no to the Avocado. along comes an inch thick slice of toast half covered with Guacamole the other in what I can only describe as half an egg scrambled, It was quite pathetic. I sent it back and was told the chef had been asked to make me a very large scrambled egg, all I wanted was a normal portion nothing else. Before dinner we had a drink in the bar, I ordered a Gin and Tonic, there was no tonic in the bar the guy had to run to the store room he brought back 2 bottles, what cocktail bar is not stocked with Tonic water?? Chopsticks night was a disaster at a cost of £150 per head for those on bed and breakfast it consisted of a limited 2 choice per course menu. we decided on the Lobster spring roll, which had exactly zero lobster in it, followed by the Rendang beef, It was so tough basically inedible . We complained to the staff and a discussion took place with the Executive chef who basically walked off and said nothing. To add insult I ordered a bottle of wine and the waitress who brought it over to the table had never opened a bottle of wine before, so I had to open it myself to save her from being embarrassed. After that evening we had room service 3 time which was good, but didn't envisage eating Pad Thai in my room for a week. The resort seemed totally understaffed with the exception of Marcus who worked the Pool, the bar and the restaurant nobody else there seemed to care in the slightest. I get the whole Six Senses theme, but this bordered on a complete lack of service and attention by everyone. We cut short our stay by a day , and went to the Constance Lemuria, totally different vibe but let me say the food the service and the attention was absolutely top class and very much welcomed. You just get the feeling that since the IHG takeover in 2019, too much emphasis is put on expansion and profits over good old customer service.

We came here in November and when we got home we told some friends what a fantastic place it was , we are currently on a cruise and we asked if we could call in to show our friends how nice it really is , they were so impressed by it that they will be booking a holiday very soon here . John the food and beverage manager was so very hospitable made us feel comfortable and really couldn't have been more obliging . Most definitely not my last visit here .

Having a brief trip to one of the most beautiful resort hotels in the world looked after by John the manager a delightful guy This is truly an immaculate resort hotel in paradise. Looking forward to our lunch in surroundings that could not be surpassed. I shall return here with my wife at the earliest opportunity

Everything was fantastic starting from the moment we were picked up to the time we were dropped. The service was fantastic and the food was even better- thanks to chef Maroof who took of our dietary requirements and made sure that I food still tasted the best. Our GEM- Garry also did a fantastic job in organising everything and making sure we get the most of our time in the resort.

Back from our first long vacation after retirement and just getting used to the East Coast winter. My wife has taken care of the rest of reviews and has left this one for me. What a task!. From the moment you arrive there it is a bizarre experience. Step down off the helicopter and you receive the coldest welcome, there there are some security dude, the boss and his dog. It actually felt like the set of a Narcos movie. Luckily we were whisked away to our villa. Our GEM wasn’t of the social type and took ages to respond to any request, the one who followed was not better either. Finally we got Cristian in reception who was very efficient until he disappeared too. The villa itself was ok, with scratched furniture, frayed curtains, leaking AC and hanging night lamps but with great views. Dave from housekeeping did a great daily job. Ironing it is not their forte though. I also wonder if they ever clean the pools, you can smell the chlorine from the main door but we collected leaves in the morning and we did the same in the afternoon. We enjoyed the outdoor space until we saw a rat confidently crossing the deck just in front of us. Don’t they have some kind of pest control in place?. As per activities, there is literally nothing to do in the island. No wonder they insist so much on taking the boat excursions, they have nothing to offer otherwise. The red flag is permanently up and you are advised to venture into the ocean at your own risk. Frankly speaking, our most enjoyable moments we spent at the bar and restaurant. Jon and Manoosh really took care of us. Awesome service and good-nature company. The food is first-rate too, flavoursome and with modern presentations. Our poached eggs were perfect every time!. Kudos to chef Josh for cooking off the menu options just for us. The only inconvenience at the restaurant was the untimely morning visits by the Austrian manager. He was obnoxious in conversation, scruffy in appearance and totally unprofessional by eating and drinking behind the bar in between deliverances of his boring mantra. What a disturbing figure. Bizarre really. In any case, we loved the Seychelles but we chose the wrong resort.

After traveling Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Mexiko, lots of Caribbean, French Polynesia and many more places ... we finally arrived. This is it. Perfect intact nature, crystal clear water, lots of privacy, beautiful non invasive architecture and quality all around. Wherever you look you see ideas and careful thinking. There is a concept and Frans - the GM - very obviously knows what he is doing. Staff is always ready to help, always with a smile, patient and competent. Not one second did we feel like intruders or simply accepted - but just like warmly welcome guests. You are keen for some sports? Go ahead ... all there; we have been in the gym regularly and I have never seen a gym so clean and well maintained like this one. The spa is an adventure both in location and atmosphere. Snorkeling - just beautiful. Hiking - walk through jungle up to the island's peak to enjoy a breathtaking view. You like food? Be ready ... the know how to cook, fry, grill, boil, mix, prepare .... Difficult to stop ... but I guess you get it. One more thing ... we had Amos as our GEM ... a specialist ... we needed something and he was around ... he cared but never disturbed ... a pro! I wish these people there lots of success as they work hard to provide a guest the best feeling possible and a truly unforgettable time. And - the best - we already have a booking confirmation for next year!

We came to Six Senses Seychelles for our family trip. Our GEM Slava provided us unforgettable memories and showed his sincerity for truly care for our experience. The hotel is located on a very beautiful island with lush vegetation and picturesque beaches. Definitely it was one of our best trips ever!

Stunning property . Superb service . Lots of activities around the island if you are a keen snorkel aficionado. La Digue island seen across and very accessible. Praslin island also close by . The SPA is excellent . Service is another level . They try to meet your expectations by continually checking for feedback on various experiences. Sunset experience is awesome . Villas are very smartly designed to give privacy .
