Quality Inn Seymour I-65

I absolutely love the hotel and they always have great service, the breakfast options are quite surprising considering every other hotel I've stayed at there cafeteria rooms are shut down and don't offer breakfast any more! Also the polls and hot tubs are always clean and stocked. They have a computer room available for services, along with a laundry room and available laundry soap. It's definitely worth the stay. Also another bonus is the location. It's close by to gas station, restaurants, and shopping stores. It's also very very clean. Didn't see any bugs, or any criminal behaviors or cops circling the parking lot! Extremely impressed every time I come.

Stayed overnight just passing threw, impressed with security cameras at check in showing throughout hotel and parking lot. No concern for vehicle safety.

Room was nice sized, 2 rough towels, hand towels and wash cloths were all that were provided, tub was dirty, heating unit very loud, bed had plastic mattress pad that crackled when on it, mattress very comfortable and hot tub was nice

Overall I had a decent stay. There was a gross stain on the bathroom wall that could have been blood? Idk. There was a black stain on the wall by the bathroom mirror. I had someone outside my window around 10pm sounding like they were arguing on the phone. There was a comfy bed and a TV though so that's good.

Not my first choice of places to stay, but when you are in a big truck, your options are limited to places with large vehicle parking! (And trust me, there are much worse places in town closer to the 'Truck Stop' In my 3 most recent stays here (again, not by choice) I have found each time a live roach or remnants of such, and yes i took pictures) I worked and a research farm once where we raised roaches for chemical residue toxicity testing, so I'm not freaked out by them, more so amused by the lack of concern by the cleaning crew! Anyway... This was a once elegant hotel judging by its entrance and chandelier, but is now a run down franchisee due to its lack of maintenance and reinvestment. The same guy has been there at check in all 3 times, and is very nice. In stark contrast, the front desk staff member at my last check out was talking on the phone in a language 'other than english' when he came out of the 'office' and continued non-stop... Barely acknowledging my presence, never interacting with me or asking about my stay, just yapping away while pecking at the keyboard, and didn't even look up when he put the receipt on the counter. So much for customer service. I pretty much avoid the breakfast area on account of the lack of cleanliness. On a positive note, the beds are quite comfy, and there is a very nice Chili's restaurant adjacent to the hotel that I enjoy eating at . The Hallways are well lit, with a creepy 'Pink Floyd/The Wall' vibe.

Everything was great the biscuits and gravy was really good

The place is very concerning and needs an overhaul. The hot tub was not working properly and im sure was mentioned before and not fixed. There were patches in the ceiking and a huge crack in it which concerned me as i was on the first floor. There were even stains on the lampshades. Not sure how that happens. Tv channels poor selection. Food meh. Chips and stains on the wall too. Room doors look beat up and key cards work half a$$

We were pleasantly surprised with your hotel. Clean and well kept. Very good facility. Coffee available in the hallway was nice. Would stay again!

Hotel is horrible. Sheets and chairs had stains on them. Old food in the fridge from previous guests. Bathtub was dirty. Gap between bottom of door and floor. Pool area was disgusting. Pool and hot tub had so much chlorine build up on it and hot tub water was gross. Worst hotel we have ever been to.
