Hotel veramente pessimo, letti sporchi non usano neanche un coprimaterasso. Posto veramente che non consiglierei a nessuno soprattutto se si é in viaggio di lavoro. Personale alla reception accogliete, ma già quando si entra al ristorante/sala colazione é tutto molto sporco. Pessima esperienza

L hotel avrebbe necessitá di un importante restyling totale, la qualità è assolutamente scadente, bagni vecchi e rugginosi, doccia mal funzionante, asciugamani rovinati alcuni anche bucati, insomma un disastro anche dal lato pulizia. Ad oggi la peggiore struttura dove abbiamo soggiornato in Sicilia dove peraltro abbiamo trovato dei b&b di buona qualità . Abbiamo ritenuto non intrattenerci a cena già la colazione era scadente. Dispiace rilasciare recensioni così negative ma spero siano la base dove ripartire.

Vista molto bella, manca tutto il resto. Struttura abbandonata, degrado nelle camere, pulizia inesistente. Sconsigliato Non alloggerò mai più in questa struttura nonostante la posizione ideale tra aereporto e città di Palermo. Buona giornata

Siamo venuti qui per vedere un incontro di pugilato, La vista mozzafiato è da 10. Ma solo la vista. Non può definirsi hotel ma OSTELLO, Misero, Vecchio, Sporco!!!! Il mangiare non ne parliamo, La pulizia non sanno neanche cosa sia, Tutto DISGUSTOSO! Il personale della reception IGNORANTE È MALEDUCATO. Sopratutto la responsabile, Chissà da quanto tempo non vede un membro vista la sua acidità e scontrosità!!!!! Detto questo, Sconsiglio a chiunque voglia venire qui… non FATEVI INGANNARE DALLE FOTO PERCHÉ È VERAMENTE MISERO!!!!!!!! E per di più ci hanno fatto pagare prima di entrare in camera e non hanno voluto ridarci i soldi!!!!! Siamo solo entrati in camera e riusciti, Ci ha fatto schifo solo vederla!!!!! VERGOGNA!

Hotel dalla vista incantevole e ottima posizione. Cene a base di pesce deliziose e abbondanti . La gentilezza del direttore Livio e di tutto il personale rende questo luogo un po’ casa tua . Molto bella l’area piscina che affaccia direttamente sul mare ed è contornata da una splendida area relax. Anche la spa è confortevole . Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale . Le camere hanno una vista mozzafiato e un terrazzino , i bagni sono nuovi le camere un po’ spartane ma hanno tutto quel che serve

L'hotel est très bien situé près de l'aéroport avec une vue magifique sur la mer et sur le port.
La ville est à 10mn à pieds.
les 2 jeunes gens à l'accueil ont été particulièrement sympathiques, souriants et très à l'écoute de nos demandes la jeune femme parlant le français

Sono stato li per lavoro una settimana circa. Ho fatto io richiesta di alloggio qui perché fuori dal traffico di Palermo che si può raggiungere facilmente, anche per il personale sempre cortese e gentile e per il parcheggio interno che fa sempre comodo. La scelta di dare tre stelle è data dal fatto che ci sono certamente da fare dei Seri investimenti per rinnovare e migliorare il posto che trovo incantevole. In camera consiglierei di cambiare i letti datati con le stoffe tutte rovinate. I copri sedie li eliminerei perché anti igienici e il mio era pure macchiato. Nel bagno un po' malandati i muri circostanti le tubature che l'ultimo giorno di Pernottamento mi hanno dato un brutto risveglio con una piccola perdita che ha bagnato tutto il pavimento del bagno. Poi vorrei anche dare un consiglio sulla colazione dove ho trovato tutto il cibo non coperto circondato da moscerini, quindi consiglio di esporre meglio il cibo con le coperture adatte. Critiche che io ho fatto in modo costruttivo perché sono ormai affezionato al posto e per un soggiorno migliore per tutti credo sia giusto fare. Di certo consiglio il posto per l'estrema professionalità e gentilezza di tutto il personale e il luogo che è eccezionale.

Un ottimo soggiorno rilassante presso una struttura situata in prossimità di un mare stupendo. Coccolati da un personale ineccepibile. Dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti a casa. Abbiamo trovato il luogo adatto alle nostre esigenze: puro relax. Un grazie speciale a Irene e Stefano dalla Reception ma anche al gentilissimo Salvo, maître del ristorante.

Stanze fatiscenti forse rimaste agli anni 70. Pulizia ai limiti dell'indecenza! I comodini sembravano rovinati, ma in realtà era la sporcizia a farne da padrona! Bruttissimo ed insopportabile odore che usciva dagli scarichi! Doccia fatiscente e mobilia completamente rovinata!
