Stayed here for just a night. ST Rosyam Mart 24-hour store is just across the road. Plenty of eateries, pharmacies and shops surrounding this hotel. Walking distance to Plaza Shah Alam. Room was spacious and clean. Loved it. Would be even better if sachets of coffee or tea are provided as complimentary.

The room was okay. I liked staying at this hotel because it's easy to walk around if you want to find food. There's a Rosyam Mart in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly.

I had a mixed experience staying at Smile shah alam, I can't get it why it has a 4.5-star review on Google. Well, I can said that it has a good value for money, the receptionist was attentive. However, during my stay, both the water heater and hair dryer were broken. I got a replacement for hair dryer but definitely not the water heater. The receptionist did offered me to change room but it will downgrade to a smaller room. I didn't accept the offer, so I remain in the same room with no hot water. Some furniture in the room was also broken. Lastly, no parking space provided, but you can park for free around the shop lots near the hotel. Recommended only if you are looking for a cheap and short stay.

10/10. first time stay hotel bajet tapi accomodation sgt tiptop. bilik sgt bersih walaupun bayar murah. deposit pun murah. dekat dgn kedai2 senang nak cari makan dan keperluan. overall sgt puas hati.
