There's no rubbish/sanitary bin in the toilet, hard for female tenants. Wanted to check out at 3am but elevator out of service. No response from calling the front desk until 6am, causes delays in our tentative

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights..very amazed that the room doesn't have any kettle.also no tea or coffee. Yes they have water dispenser outside but it's still not relevant.No tooth brush and toothpaste and leaked water heater..There's no Tel..if have any inquiries have to go down to ask the receptionist. I asked if I can use a hairdryer but to my surprise the hotel doesn't have any..gosh I think this hotel is very,very stingy. Taking money from customers, yet basic simple amenities can't be provided. I also asked if I can rent extra blanket,again it's not available also..I definitely will not be staying there again..it's not worth it..There are better hotels with the same price.with better amenities and services.

The room have very basic amenities..the pillow is good. no kettle but have hot/cold water dispenser outside the room.our room have a leaking ac. I have read a review with same problem. the staff only gave us the towel to put down the leaking ac..we request to change the room but no room available ( hmmm)
