I recently stayed here and was quite disappointed with several issues.
Firstly, I could not enter the room because the access card was not detected. I had to wait almost 30 minutes before the staff came to fix the problem.
Secondly, the cleanliness of the unit was very poor. The floor was sticky and the bathroom floor looked like it had not been properly scrubbed for a long time.
In addition, I found two Charlie ants inside the unit. This insect is very dangerous as its sting can cause serious skin irritation and may even require hospital treatment.
I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance for the safety and comfort of future guests.

A good stay with family, good location, the unit is clean too. Just that the fridge has stench. The condo has great playground for kids, suitable to bring children.

Love all the facilities. Clean, functional fridge and washing machine.
Under the building have convenient store, starbucks, jaya grocery.
Cons- had to use grab service, no public transport.
However would definitely recommend!

Got private parking provided, but abit far from the lift entrance.
When first entering the room, got a small cockroach welcoming me near the washing machine area. But it's ok cause he run away after open the lights.
Got some smelly smell seem like long time no open the window to let air circulation.
Overall is clean and comfort for a short stay is worth the price.
Admin supporting using whatsapp and is fast reply.

Close to NIH and Setia City Mall (driving, not walkable).
Spacious unit well equipped kitchen. Plenty of eateries downstairs with a grocery store.
However, noisy at night, poor sound proofing.

Extremely troublesome deposit by bank transfer only. Anyone staying here MUST have a local bank account. They DO NOT accept credit card for deposit even though it is mentioned on Trip.com that they do. Totally not recommended for tourist or non-locals to stay here. This is NOT a hotel. This is a poorly managed Airbnb with no customer service. Go with other operators in the same complex.
