Experience with Manhattan Group is disappointing.
1. No response from host from 7 Apr 25, on enquiry on check in guideline. Despite several emails till 2 days before check in still no response. Decide to whatsapp host, then they response. This is unfavorable as causing anxiety, especially we have a few peoples travelling with us.
2. After check in:
a. missing amenities - no toilet tissue, no plastic bag as indicated in the provision.
b. WC not functioning.
Message host for the missing amenities & issue - there is no reply from the host. They choose to ignored.
3. Host only appear when time to check out.
We are very disappointed with the experience provided by the host. The communication was poor, and the accommodations did not meet expectations.
