Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience after my stay. I accidentally left my cleanser behind and contacted the host immediately. This cleanser is expensive and new, so it was important to me to try and recover it.
I was told that the cleaner (a man) did not find anything and that even if it was found, it could not be sent back to me. I find this response very unhelpful and dismissive, especially since I am very sure I left it in the unit. At the very least, I expected more effort to check properly or offer a better solution. Communication and responsibility after check-out could definitely be improved.

Never inform there is a deposit $150.00 need to transfer before check in.. Very noisy apartment.. Sound system no good.. Not recommended
