I booked a queen sized bedroom and they gave me a double single bed pushed together, and the queue in the lobby was taking so long, I booked online so that i don’t need to wait so long for check in, I waited in line for 15-20 minutes. And the bed was not clean, got some stain but consider the queue in the lobby I didn’t ask for room change but still didn’t expect this for a RM400+ per night hotel.

The room is too small for a comfortable stay.
The window seal is hardened and loosened and you can enjoy the traffic noise for the whole stay. Maintenance staff was asked to change the latch but it does not help.
I have to cut short my stay and search for another hotel in Klang

The hotel corridor smelled terrible. The rooms are not sound proofed. We could hear people screaming, walking along the corridor. The cleanliness of the hotel room was terrible. It was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay.

Very near to icity. Walking distance. The breakfast is just normal. The best part is when you stay here, you will get free 2 adult ticket for icity waterpark.
