Overall, my stay at Mercure Glenmarie was comfortable, but there are several areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience. The room was generally pleasant and clean, and I appreciated its modern touch, though the handwashing area located outside the bathroom felt a little unusual (yet somewhat unique in design). However, I found that the breakfast didn’t quite meet expectations for a hotel of this standard — both in terms of quality and value. Upon arrival, there was no assistance offered with luggage, which would have made a better first impression. During checkout, I had to wait around 30 minutes before staff arrived to collect my bags, which could be improved for smoother guest service. Additionally, the bar and pool area appeared less impressive in person compared to the promotional photos. With some attention to these details and service touchpoints, I believe Mercure Glenmarie could deliver a much stronger 4-star experience.

The location was convenient for business travel, with easy access to nearby offices and dining options. Highly recommended for business travellers.

The Mercure Hotel was very comfortable, but the cleanliness could be improved.
